From start to finish, this was a mess. Our drink orders were wrong. Multiple food orders were wrong. We waited far too long for everything — refills, corrections, the check — you name it. And instead of taking responsibility, our waitress actually blamed a CHILD at the table for the mistakes. A child. That level of unprofessionalism is honestly shocking. The waitress even argued with us about what the 10 year old ordered.
The final ticket was also incorrect (of course), and fixing it took even more time. By the end of the meal, we were frustrated, exhausted, and completely done.
Mistakes happen. But repeated mistakes, long delays, zero accountability, and blaming a child for staff errors? Absolutely not.
We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting competent service or basic professionalism.

My husband and I love the food and atmosphere of this place. It’s a long story but we even got engaged at Southside. The service is always good. My biggest complaint recently though is that ever since Kirstin left the drinks have been subpar, and seem to be expensive for the quality.
Will we continue going here? Absolutely! We just won’t be buying cocktails and alcohol here as much anymore.

There’s a server with grey hair and a beard held back by rubber bands, wearing a nice gold watch. I don’t know his name, but he was incredible! He greeted us right when we walked in. The place was busy, and a few staff missed us, but he took the time to get us seated and looked after us when no one else did. He was really attentive, making sure our order was right before he entered it. Even after we got our food and drinks, he checked in with us a few times. He seemed happy and like he genuinely enjoyed his job. When we decided to take some food to go and left it on the table, he ran out to bring it to us—which was so thoughtful. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants, and I’ve never had a waiter be so considerate to catch us before we left and bring the food. That was fantastic customer service!

I loved the Greek salad! The food and service were both wonderful. I was there at midweek lunchtime and the atmosphere was really quiet, but I suspect it’s much more lively in the evening.

Absolutely love this place. Great place to watch a game and hang out with friends. The pizza is very good and the beer is always cold. Staff is friendly and doesn’t leave you sitting and waiting around.

Everything was excellent! Easy access and parking, nice atmosphere, fair value, and the food was really good. Our server was the best part though. Natalie was helpful and friendly, and she took our experience from good to amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town. Very happy. Thank you!!!

Food is good and service is good but their drinks are ridiculously weak. This is a pub? Not the first time this has happened (why do I continue to return) but when you pay those prices for a drink, you expect at least a reasonable amount of alcohol in it.
