I went 8/30/25 around lunch. I literally did not eat breakfast so I could be there at 11:00am on the dot. I made it a few minutes after 11. Holly greeted me with a smile. I asked about the seating area and was directed after ordering. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh!! I got the fish and shrimp combo with a side of fried okra. The combo came with fries and hush puppies. Everything was seasoned and fried to perfection. I’m going back today… 8/31/25.

Jesse and Steve were so polite and had excellent service. This was our first time ordering from this location and they didn’t disappoint! All of our food came out hot and fresh; we ordered the #7 U Call It platter and had plenty to feed the family. The catfish tastes so clean and fresh as well as the shrimp and the crab used in the Crab Balls.

This was my first time coming to this location. I did ask for catfish however it seems like what I got was SWAI fish. I know that many businesses feel like the two fish are in the same family however they are different. The shrimp was absolutely delicious and the french fries were good. Prices are very reasonable, and there are plenty of options to choose from check them out.

This is literally a hidden gym this place right here has some very good prices and the food is super and you know would expect that from a food truck I took my chances the first time and love it I’ve been back several times and I’m going today as a matter of fact that’s going to be my dinner for today I recommend this place with five stars good friendly people and good food the shrimp are biggest my thumb

The shrimp and fish was cooked perfectly. The fried okra has the right amount of seasoning. And the boudin balls are perfect. I would highly recommend going here if you want great food. And the crew is very polite and friendly

I wasn’t impressed…food lacked season! It was like the fish was just tossed in cornmeal and fried as well as the fries! Boudain balls were average, and I would get them again if I ever went back. They had good prices for there combo’s. The fish were filets cut into like three strips they were small pieces. Forgot I had shrimp too…nothing to write home about.

I really enjoyed stopping by. I do not fry catfish at home but certainly enjoy a good fried catfish and shrimp platter when they do it right. They did it right. Combo platter with catfish cut thin and breaded right. Shrimp were a nice size and butterflied. Crab balls were a bit expensive and not my favorite. Small order of breaded and fried mushrooms were absolutely great. Very enjoyable.I would go back.

While visiting in Texas , I wanted to try catfish for the first time ever, I’m so happy I went here ! It was so delicious perfectly fried to perfection crispy on the outside and flakey fish on the inside !! White flakey fish on the inside and crispy delicious tasting skin/crust on the outside ! Hot and flavorful ! The hush puppies were absolutely crunchy and fresh perfect meal best catfish I have had so far since it is also my first time trying it , can’t wait to go back here when in Texas. Also I didn’t get the guys name who made the food but it was good talking to him he is a very nice guy.
