So honestly the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the potato salad and the sweet tea were good. The chicken was extremely dry and the ribs were dry. Both fell off the bone but neither had any flavor. The coleslaw was not even edible. The baked beans were just out of a can nothing special. I was very disappointed.

I eat here everyday almost and have for years! Everything about this place is good. Ribs, chickens potatoes and sandwiches. The service is great and it’s the best bbq in Al by far! Anybody that says otherwise doesn’t know what the are talking about. If you haven’t had you need to try ys worth it

We had Southern Style BBQ cater our wedding, and OH MY GOODNESS! Everyone who ate told us how good it was, and I couldn’t agree more. Bobby was super easy to work with, and he went out of his way to make sure our meal was everything we wanted. We can’t thank them enough for the amazing service and DELICIOUS memories!

The staff is always friendly and always has been, especially the young lady who normally works the drive thru window. The food is great and the prices are decent. Come early during lunch if you want fast service because they are always super busy. I’m really glad that even though their business has grown over the years, they have kept this location. I visit the restaurant three or more times a week. But today was horrible I ordered two points of stew and a turkey sandwich. The stew had big chunks of fat in it and big chunks of meat , it wasn’t shredded meat at all. I called back to tell them about what happened and they were very rude. They want be getting my business for a long time.

You can tell by the line of cars at lunchtime that the food is great. If you are hungry and happen to be near, you will have to stop and order. Fast and friendly. I had a brisket sandwich, and it was delicious. There is also a ham sandwich that is not on the menu. Smoked hot dogs, pulled pork, brisket, slaw, potato salad and chips. Great food at a great price.

Had there special of smoked wings, very delicious! Usually I get there lunch bag, pork sandwich, chips, cookie and drink all for a very reasonable price. Great smoke flavor. I highly recommend this place. Have heard that their ribs are great but have not tried them for myself yet.

TERRIBLE baked potato. Absolutely no seasonings. Jus I big tasteless potato with cheese slapped on it. No butter, no bacon, no chives…never again will I get a potato. I would prefer whitts or big bob gibson….anywhere but here!!!!! #yuck
