This will be a regular stop for me now, super friendly, decently priced and the food is absolutely amazing.
Parking is a bit of a pain, be sure to read signs and park in the right spots
Service here was fantastic. Everyone was very nice and helpful, which made the experience even better.
The food was really good too. Everything had great flavor and felt like true comfort soul food. The only downside for us was the portion size. For the price, we expected a little more food or protein on each dish. That’s the main reason this isn’t a full 5 star review.
Overall, everything tasted great, we just wished the portions matched the price a bit better.
One thing ima do is satisfy my food cravings and southern love did exactly that.
Yes there’s limited stalls but I’m not knockin off stars for that cuz this a review for food n service.
Service was unpretentious, chill, engaging, prompt, and sweet. Indoor n outdoor seating. Indoor seating is smaller n intimate. I love it.
Mahalo nui loa Chef for the amazing soulful food! Excited to go back!
Definitely not portioned for price.- Fish was over fried and cut as nugget pieces. No parking available.
From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The host was absolutely fabulous—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Chef Cory is truly a champion in the kitchen. Every dish he prepared was bursting with flavor and cooked with care, feeding both the soul and the stomach.
My husband had the blackened salmon with grits (not pictured), and he couldn’t stop raving about it. I went for the chicken & waffles with a side of catfish—perfection! The waffles were crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and the chicken melted in your mouth. And that catfish? A must-have.
We also met wonderful guests from all over the country, which made the brunch feel even more special. The vibe was lively and full of good energy.
Pro tip: don’t walk—run—and grab that Arnold Palmer. Everything is made to order and so fresh. We’ll definitely be back!
