I NEVER leave reviews but from the first bite, it was clear this place takes food seriously. The dish arrived beautifully plated, but more importantly, it delivered where it counted: flavor. Every element felt intentional the seasoning was confident without being overpowering, and the textures worked together in a way that kept each bite interesting. The atmosphere complemented the meal perfectly, and the service was warm and attentive without hovering. By the time the plate was cleared, I was already planning what I’d order on my next visit. I was trying to eat so my pic may not be the best but definitely a 20/10

Food was bomb! I got the Baton Rouge Boudin Balls and the Jambalaya! Being from From BR! I can say they definitely have that Louisiana Staple! So those were definitely approved! Meechi was phenomenal, customer service is Top Tier! Definitely recommend this place for a warming atmosphere to relax and have some drinks!

The hubby saw this establishment featured on an independent STL news outlet and since we were both off, it only made since to pop in. Located right off of Broadway, next to the GoPuff hub is this cute New Orleans themed establishment with crappy off street parking & amazing staff!! We showed up right on time(cuz ppl started falling thru the doors) and the young man at the bar explained that we order at the bar and food will be brought to our table. We decided to go for the:
• alligator bites-first timers, but enjoyed them a lot… especially the dipping sauce
• Catfish Atchafalaya- crispy n’ seasoned crust with a flaky ass inside & that damn crawfish etouffee set it off right
• 24oz daiquiris- (don Julio of course & strong too)
We got a chance to meet the GM bc he was bringing food out to tables and being super attentive with every customer!! We’ll definitely be back

I stopped here to celebrate me resigning from job on a Thursday afternoon and Adrion was so nice! I had the crab fingers and a 16 oz frozen drink, both were great. It was a cool vibe, not too crowded for an afternoon, the music was jamming and it was an overall cool vibe! Check them out if you haven’t already!

Came to check out the new Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory in Soulard. The vibe is definitely there with the Mardi Gras decor and 50+ daiquiri combos. I tried a colorful layered daiquiri and the boudin balls—the food was decent, but the experience was a bit underwhelming.
Heads up: there isn’t really a waitstaff. You have to order at the front, and they just bring the food out to you. For the price and the setup, I expected a bit more in terms of service. It’s a cool spot for a quick drink, but don’t expect a full-service sit-down experience.

You order your food at the counter and seat yourself during after hours. Expect to pay $50 per person for a drink and an entree. The music is great for a girl’s night out!
