Worst Southern Classic I have ever been too. A life long favorite of mine. I was excited to see one here in this area. First of all no dine in, drive through only, WHY? have to wait until you get home and your food if cold by then. Also I ordered a 3 piece white meal, only got 2 pieces. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. Won’t be back no matter how much I love it. Will wait for a trip back to Louisiana.

I was super excited to try it. Originally wanted to try in Shreveport, but I had to hit the road. They offered a special so we grabbed that and added on sides and drinks. I got the mixed box, & added jalapeños. On the side we ordered Cajun rice, red beans and rice, and the corn grits. For drinks we had a Dr Pepper and a strawberry pop. The service was OK at the second window. Initially, We did not receive the side of corn grits. when we tried to tell them they said it was in the box but only two sides were in the box (as pictured). they eventually gave it to us and it was fine. The chicken was good. Not the best I’ve ever had but good.

Chameca was Absolutely Ahmazing!! She was friendly, courteous, & her suggestive selling prompted me to order MORE FOOD (the rolls) … she was a mere joy wait a REFRESHING JOY to have today! Thank you for Chameca!! Best part of my experience today! The dark meat special box was HOT SEASONED DELICIOUS… the white meat of the mixed box was Cold, unseasoned old tasting, not so delicious….. overall Chameca made it great!

I’ve had the food here before but today wasn’t anywhere near acceptable. Chicken was “refried” to seem fresh and I’m sure the fries sat there for a good minute. The peppers tasted like they were old too. I hate that I wasted my money here..

Ordered a 12pc for my family . We could not enjoy it was too salty not the normal salty overly salty season. Would not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all cost.

The chicken was hot and fresh but it lacked any seasoning. The crust was inconsistent, it was crunchy on one section and soft on another. I expected more from the popular chain restaurant.

I traveled 9 miles to try this place for the first time. I ordered a 12pc with sides. A staff member said to pull over for the order. I waited 45 min, while (6) vehicles behind me got served and one person that order by the window. I had enough of waiting, so I asked for a refund. One staff member said that the they were waiting for one breast. They could have asked me if i wanted to replace it with a thigh or something else. Horrible experience. Never coming back.
