Did the drive thru. The customer service was excellent. We ordered 85.00 worth of stuff. The lady with the lip tattoo on her neck was awesome and patient. I would hire her to train all of my employees. Chicken was perfect. Mashed potatoes were very plain, and that was disappointing, but I added some salt and a lot of black pepper. Red beans and rice were good. I will go here over popeyes, KFC, or churches.

For some reason the chicken was spicy, and the mash potatoes- don’t have much gravy, and the dirty rice was cold.

The food was great the staff was nice as well. They left my peppers out, and I had to go back because no one would answer the phone. And they left them out again when I looked the woman in the face who said she would make sure they put them in the bag. Make sure to check your food before you pull off.

I honestly love Southern Classic Chicken, but the last two times I have gone through the drive thru, my order has been wrong. Today, I ordered a Classic #1,Mixed, side order of okra. I get back to work, open my box, I have a 2 pc dark, leg and thigh. I paid for $9.30 for a mixed but received an order that cost $6.99 plus tax. I believe from now on, I will prepare my lunch and keep my money.

Drove to this place in a 10 ft truck. Drive thru is 8 ft. so I go to the walk up window and some kid opens the window & tells me I can’t order at the walk up after 9. RIDICULOUS!!! What’s the use of having a walk up window and close it while the store is still open!? Just because I’m not driving a car.
