$50 plus tip for two bowls of pho and two crispy rolls…. ZERO service, bean sprouts clearly were going bad and eye round steak was so chewy you couldn’t even tear it apart. Broth was abnormally dark, not like the usual at all. Couldn’t even get a single drink refilled one time. If you want pho there are way better options in the area, don’t waste your money here. We left the soup and got food elsewhere…. Will not be returning.

Very nice small restaurant to eat at. The service is fast and the food comes out just as fast! The wontons are crispy and delicious. They also have 3 buttons you can press to Call for assistance, pay, or cancel if you didn’t mean to press either of the other 2. Highly recommend eating here especially if you love Pho.

Got the P1, pho with beef round. It was very good. The only critique I’d say I would have is the meat to noodle to broth ratio was a little off. Although the flavor was incredible. There was very little meat to a lot of noodle to even more broth. Other than that 15 bucks for a small (still rather large) bowl of pho is a great deal.

This USED to be a nice place, been going there for 10 plus years when it was run by the 3 sisters. However, we went back under the new ownership. Here is what we noticed, 1. It is now self serve order where you don’t have waiter service. Also, because of the self service setup, the system asks you to leave a tip even before you get your food? There is 1 person behind the counter who is clearly not focused on his customers. We asked for water 3 times bc he kept forgotting, and he replied “I am only 1 person”. To add, during this time the restaurant was empty…there was only 1 other table with a couple sitting there. 2. When the food came out, they forgot to bring the pho side dishes, and we had to wait another 10 minutes, while our pho was getting cold before eating bc he refused to get the side dishes. Instead, a cook from the kitchen had to deliver it to us and still didnt have water. 3. The food is noticeably bad quality and cheap. The meat was less, and sprouts/greens were brown from aging. 4. Also, we ordered ice coffee which took 30 minutes and what makes it worst is that we got quarter size coffee that tasted extremely bad. Couldn’t even drink it. Aside from the poor food quality, and the bad service, we will never go back to eat here. Can’t believe we pre-paid tip for such an awful experience in return.

Orderiat the counter was totally unexpected. Felt more like a fast food joint than a restaurant. The food could have used a much better presentation. The portions were pretty good. Very cool atmosphere, was just missing the slight authentic touch. Overall worth a visit.

If you have a peanut allergy, stay clear of this restaurant. One of my guests ordered a dish and we specifically stated no peanuts but the dish was delivered to our table with a pile of crushed peanuts. When we addressed it with the server, she said the order didn’t mention “no peanuts” and she didn’t take the plate away. I took the plate and handed it to her and she just stood there and we all told her we specifically requested the dish without peanuts. She took the dish and quickly came back to the table and you could clearly see the peanuts were just wiped off the side of the plate. I asked the server if it was the same dish and she wouldn’t admit it was until we asked her three times. She just kept saying “no peanuts.” Completely incompetent and lousy customer service! A huge safety issue.

The quail was good, but if it had no sweet sauce it would of been perfect. The clear noodle soup was really good. We had the plum wine and it match good. Not bad.

BBH pho noddle soup is phenomenal. It’s spicy & flavorful. This is a 5 star hidden gem located in Central Park. They play peaceful meditation music so it’s good to have a meal here after a long work day. It’s calms me and prepares me for a restful night! Don’t hesitate to try their BBH Spicy soup with beef meatballs, yum!

It’s okay… staff is fine to me my thing was it’s not fresh at all.. the bone broth doesn’t have much flavor the noddles are all cut up the meat is very very well done it’s not fresh rib eye I’ve gotten take out and eaten in it’s just not fresh normally when it’s a good bowl of pho you smell the broth how much time it takes that and the meat will still be pink as it’s cooking in the pho when you receive the pho here it’s soooo well done.. and for some reason the salt and pepper shakers had rice ?
