I had a wonderful experience at Chang Restaurant. As someone with celiac disease, dining out can sometimes feel stressful, but Rene, our server, made it completely worry-free. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and he took the time to ensure that everything I ordered was safe for me to eat. His care and attention to detail truly stood out.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the experience even better. Rene was not only professional but also warm and cordial throughout the evening. I’m so grateful for the effort he put into making sure I could enjoy my meal safely. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions.

The service was so good I needed to come leave a review which I don’t typically do. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She had great menu knowledge and gave thoughtful recommendations that we absolutely loved. She checked in at the perfect times, made sure our drinks were always full, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire meal.

Upon entering, there was no one at the host area. I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to come. We got seated, and was seated by the manager. It was pretty weird because the same one who sat us was our waitress as well. As the meal continued, the bar tender took over. The staff was attentive and friendly. The lettuce wraps and the wonton soup was the perfect meal. Everything was seasoned well, and had great flavor. Definitely will return.

Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness need serious improvement. We were not brought water, even though other guests had water on their tables. Dirty tables were left uncleared for more than 25 minutes after guests had already left.
The floors were dirty, with crumbs and trash on the floor. Also, knives were not provided — only forks, which is very strange for a restaurant.
Because of these issues, I am giving 2 stars. The place has potential, but service and cleanliness need much more attention.

Rene was amazing! As soon as we got to PF Chang’s at Dolphin Mall, he welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. He was attentive, courteous, and very professional throughout our visit. He made sure every detail was just the way we liked it, gave great suggestions, and checked on us at just the right moments. His attention and care really made our meal even more enjoyable.
