We were looking for South Indian food for dinner and this place turned out to be a good find. Perfect for a quick bite. We ordered Idli, Plain Dosa and Masala Dosa – all three were fresh, well-made and tasted good. Simple, comforting South Indian flavors and a satisfying meal overall. Would definitely recommend if you’re craving South Indian food in Madrid.

My father was so happy to see this restaurant in Mercado Barcelo! He loves Parotta and he lit up once he saw them.
Sadly I don’t have pictures to show you (we devour in one go). However the light texture and the well balanced curry made our night.
Recommend coming and trying their menus and recommendations! The guys are really nice and we’re thankful for their time!

Best Indian food we’ve ever had in Madrid. Great service with a smile. Amazing dosa, chicken chettinad and sambar, and great fair prices.

The restaurant is quite difficult to locate, especially if you’re visiting Madrid for the first time. After a long search, once we finally found it, the food was disappointing and lacked basic authentic taste—whether it was dosa, idly, or even tea. There is significant room for improvement in terms of flavor and quality.

I was walking through Mercado Barceló like a hungry tourist when I suddenly spotted South Indian food. Bingo! What a hidden gem . The Idli and Uthapam were absolutely delicious, with fresh chutney and sambar that made me forget my hunger in an instant. Everything was served with such a warm and genuine smile — almost as good as the food itself. I am definitely coming back for other dishes like kothu parotta… probably even hungrier next time!

I was really excited to try some authentic South Indian food here, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The sambar came with literally zero salt and the masala in the dosa had no flavour whatsoever. It just tasted bland and lifeless. average place unfortunately.
