FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I know people post not liking the location, ok it is a little sketch but reviews should really be about the food which is why people would really be looking up reviews. I know that is all I cared about. First time ordering, we ordered from Island Spice Kitchen food was very good, will be back. Nice to finally find a Jamaican food place with good food in OC. What was cool is there are several other kitchen restaurants to order from so of course I started ordering more to try while waiting for our Jamaican food. We then ordered cheesy birria taco with consome from Abuelita’s Mexican food taco was also amazing we will be back for their food as well and then of course had to finish off with the dessert since we had so many options so we ordered from Cinnamom Bakery they were a little pricey but oh man as everything else we ordered just delicious. Also the gentlman in the front was very nice and helpful explaining what to do since this was our first time there.

South Coast Takeout – Santa Ana
This place has to be one of the worst cloud kitchens I’ve come across. It’s tucked away in a dinky industrial area in Santa Ana, mainly servicing DoorDash and other delivery services. The restroom’s been out of service for who knows how long, and that’s just the start. I’ve picked up from here many times, and it’s clear—they couldn’t care less about the drivers. If they did, they’d fix the restroom so we could at least use it.
The place itself is dirty, and the staff usually doesn’t speak English—they just point at the cubbies where you pick up your food. The whole vibe is sketchy and feels off. What makes it worse is that a lot of people don’t even realize they’re ordering from this rundown spot. It’s marketed to look like you’re getting something from a nice, legit restaurant, but it’s all coming from this dingy cloud kitchen.
I really hope people keep reporting this place—it’s just not right.

I placed an order with Tacos Panchito for delivery and received a confirmation email, but the food was never delivered. Despite this, my card was still charged. To make matters worse, there’s no contact number or way to reach them, leaving me with no food and no way to request a refund. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this place.

It’s kind of strange ordering food at basically a warehouse, but I’d do it again. The only problem I had was that I ordered a bowl from SOL Mexican Bowls and ordered a second protein on my shrimp bowl (Chicken was the extra). My bowl had zero chicken. It’s dissapointing because there doesn’t seem to be anyway to make it right. I paid three three extra bucks for that chicken man.
