Always get old cold chicken & Mac. Went 3 times through drive thru on different days and times, and waited 20-35 minutes in line until I got to the cashier. Look how the wings look like, it’s supposed to be Honey BBQ. And the chicken is harder than a chew toy.

Horrible!! OMG, this is truly the most disgusting chicken I’ve ever had. It’s dry and super hard. It doesn’t even look like chicken, just strips of hard breading. OMG, OMG, don’t waste your money. I should clarify that the guy who served me was friendly, but the food is literally 0/10.

The time it takes to get a small order shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes max. Getting your order quicker than that has never happened to me here. This location either has issues with retaining staff, training, customer service and management and/or owners flat out don’t care. There were only two people working a lunch rush today. Seriously? Do better, you’ve seen the reviews over and over. You aren’t fixing anything. Franchise owner, do better or just shut down. This is a waste of time.

I just received a delivery ordered the 14 pc tender family with red beans and rice, fries, and 5 biscuits. The red beans and rice taste sour. I’ve had red beans and rice many times and it doesn’t taste like that. The biscuits were not in my order, so annoying. Tried to call the store and no answer. I’m livid, paying high prices for crap food and not getting the full order. I’m calling corporate and getting this location looked into. Omg do better!

Placed an order on the app at 7:24pm and waited in line at the drive thru for at least 30 minutes before I got my food only to get it wrong and have me wait longer to prepare it. Secondly there was only three employees working inside.They look like they didn’t know what they were doing. Owner or manager needs to investigate this location and do better ASAP.

Dine in or take out. Online ordering. Lots of seating and very clean. Easy menu and well priced for any budget.
The food is good. I did give a 4. 2 out of my 5 strips were more thin, then thick.
Good music and service is good. There are plenty of choices for drinks. Plenty of napkins and other needs.
Kid friendly. Highly recommended.

The service is super bad. I was waiting for my order for 25 minutes, and no one attended to me until I asked and they continued ignoring me. The woman at the register was super rude, as were the kitchen employees, zero attention.

Poor customer service. We were waiting for 10 minutes. There was no people at drive thru for them to say it was busy. Till they finally took our order. There was employees just talking and laughing. No one at register. They were just looking at us. No service. This place not recomended. If you are hungry. Place looks kind of clean.

I looked in the box of three chicken strips and had nothing but little pieces of breading.They made me three more chicken strips that came in the same way.I did get managed to get one chicken strip out of that box.The mashed potatoes I ordered ended up to be just a container of gravy.
I’ve tried to complain to corporate office but there’s no way you can get through to them.So unfortunately, I will not be eaten at popeye’s anymore because they just don’t care about the customers
