When they first opened it was great! Quickly became my favorite sandwich shop, I don’t know if they changed ownership but recently it’s been really bad, the quality of produce if on par with subway and they changed to black olives like no one would notice. The last two time I went they were missing items on my both sandwiches made, that’s 4 sandwiches usually missing 2 or 3 items. I ordered Mack and cheese and what I got in my cup was a brown amalgamation of pasta. These corporations need to really vet who they let franchise some countries don’t have the standards of the USA.

I can’t speak for staff and the restaurant itself cause I always order through door dash but their garlic pesto sandwich is absolutely amazing I ordered a sandwich from another store in Antioch and I was actually shocked and disappointed cause that’s ones food tasted nothing like the one in Stockton and i order from the Stockton store quite often keep up the good work !

This place is nice and well appointed. The food however, was the meals were seriously disappointing. The clam chowder was like water with no flavor. The sandwich was very expensive and was a hot sandwich that was very cold in the middle. We wanted to like this location because it’s close to home. This place does not check any of the box’s for us. We will not be back.

Didn’t include dressing for my salad. Didn’t have all the ingredients for it which is ok because they were up front about it but when we got to our hotel they didn’t include the dressing. And I’m not about to load up my kids back in the car. What a waste. Not reliable service, get better employees. Took a long time to make a sandwich an incomplete salad.

Great place!! The ingredients are so fresh and the sandwich flavor was perfectly balanced. Very friendly and attentive staff. The service was really quick. I highly recommend this place if you want to have really good and tasty sandwich in the town!!!

Had a clam chowder bowl and the first thing I noticed was a hair in my soup! I took it back and they made a new soup bowl and apologized. They should all be wearing hair nets when working with any food. I couldn’t eat it after I got it, thinking about the hair killed my appetite!! The clam chowder was watery too!! I won’t have it again. Very disappointed ☹️

Sandwiches are OK. Different than Subway and Togo’s.
But the COOKIES‼️…No Bueno.
We had the lemon and the chocolate chip. The lemon should’ve been thrown in the garbage instead of sold. They were so old they were hard‼️ The chocolate chip cookies were softer but I didn’t care for them. Again, no Bueno on the cookies‼️

Their sandwiches on sourdough are good. But…they are small.
I would rate them first.
Togo’s, second.
Subway, third.
I got the large pastrami. No veggies.
and whatever spread they put on it.
The bread seemed fresh and it was chewy since it was sourdough, which I enjoyed.
Next we’re gonna try West Coast Sourdough in Lodi and we will compare the two.

Food is good but SUPER overpriced. I just paid $30 for a bowl of chili, a sandwich and a soda. Also, details of order aren’t always followed, i.e. ask for a sandwich to be made cold, 75% chance you’ll still get it made hot.
Have also noticed that the older man who works here goes out of his way to ogle women. Today, I watched him suddenly come out from behind the counter to stand near a cheerleader who was placing her order. It’s weird.
