I’ve been to this location three times, and unfortunately each visit has had issues.
The first time, I waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches and was still missing items from my order, which required me to drive back. The second time, I ordered mac and cheese with a drink and was significantly overcharged. When I pointed out that the price did not match the posted signage, including two signs advertising lower prices, I was told there was nothing they could do and that it was a corporate issue. The most recent visit was similar. I was again given an incorrect order and had to ask for missing items before leaving.
My orders have been very simple. A Chicken Buffalo with no veggies and a French Dip without spread. No special requests beyond that. I understand that places get busy, but these are basic details that should not be consistently missed.
I would recommend saving your time and going to a different location. Expect long waits for simple orders, incorrect items, or being charged more than the advertised prices.

We love their sandwiches and order from them often! The 8-inch roast beef is my go-to, absolutely delicious.
The service is always great, and everything looks clean and fresh.

Sourdough rolls are indeed good however be prepared for end pieces when you order a kids sandwich. Sliced honey wheat both sides were end pieces. And this happens twice. Once at Bass lake and the other off green valley. Kids don’t like the ends I don’t ge they they would do this??
So I swapped it out for my sourdough slice I have at home. If I would have known then I would have taken it back.
As always left atleast 20% tip being a deli boy 25 years ago I tend to give more than little.

Can’t say enough good things about Sourdough & Co! We love it. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always super nice.
Knowing that there is usually quite a wait if you go inside, we try to order online and then head in and pick it up. That makes it a very fast trip!
The peppered turkey with cheddar is good and the southwestern salad is a definite favorite, but there are combinations for everyone. When you get a soup or salad, the sourdough comes on the side. YUM!
Grab a few cookies too, they are delicious!

Terrible service. I ordered one sandwich to go and it took over 15 minutes to get it. The turkey pile sat on the counter for ten minutes before the heavy set gal wobbled over to finally start making my sandwich. They were not busy enough to warrant the terribly slow service.

Food was absolutely phenomenal, and Sean went above and beyond with service. He is the manager and specifically went out of his way to make sure all of our desires were meant, and then some! Seriously, phenomenal all the way around.

OUTSTANDING –
We stopped in, and had great sandwiches created by a group of friendly builders.
The bread was fresh and crispy. The meat was tasty, and the toppings were fresh.
