Disappointing flatbread. I ordered the mushroom flat bread with added baby arugula. I received maybe 7 mushrooms and wilted romaine lettuce.

The food is a solid 5. However, the prices are understandably higher but for good reason. The Sourdough bread is not too thick, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Perfect! The clam chowder is pretty good. My wife ordered the salad with her 4” sandwich. The Italian dressing they provided was very pungent. So it’s safe to say a little bit goes a long way in our opinion.
The tables and chair look great, unfortunately they are only aesthetically pleasing. The sides and back on the chairs are not meant for average size adults.
Overall it was a very nice place and the food was good. We will definitely come back.

I visited the store on October 27 and unfortunately received an incorrect to go order. My bacon sandwich included tomatoes, which I specifically asked to have left off, and my tuna sandwich was actually a chicken sandwich, only discovered after I had arrived at home.
This was not my first issue — during a previous visit, four sandwiches I ordered had burnt bread. I had decided not to return after that experience, but since my husband was having his car serviced at Toyota nearby, I gave the store another try.
After discovering the issue, I called the store to request a refund. The staff I spoke with were polite and professional but explained they didn’t know how to process a refund. They took my contact information and told me a manager would call me today. Unfortunately, I never received that call. When I followed up this evening, I was told the manager was not in and to call again tomorrow morning.

The Turkey sandwich, sourcream and onion chips, and the lemon cookie were good! The lemon cookie was alright, but the rest of the food was so good! Best sandwich I have eaten in my life!

The sandwiches are pretty good when they get your order right. I’ve found about half the time they ignore a request for NO onions and put them on anyway. It’s maddening because I am allium intolerant (can’t digest onions and garlic, especially when they are raw). I think their approach–asking you what you DON’T want on the sandwich instead of what you DO want–is the problem. The workers just mindlessly default to putting everything on while you wait out of sight, rather than going down a line of condiments with you like many other sandwich shops do. Having to pick all the onions off is getting rather old, and if I eat there again, I am going to have to watch them while they make it, or check the sandwich before I leave to make sure they’re not trying to make me sick!

I go to Sourdough by my house and I’ve been to a few others and typically love there sandwiches but this location was not very good. I ordered a 6″ pastrami and turkey and got back to my office and i was charged for a 6″ but only received a 4″ sandwich and this thing is tiny! With prices soaring for fast food I would think the girl working would have made sure my order was correct since there was no other customers inside. Also I’ve never received a sandwich from this company where the bread is not warm/fresh, well todays was cold! Never again!

I went in at about noon today (a Sunday). There were two people working, and they were experiencing difficulties with store technology. This caused delay in production, and some upset/badgering customers. The two individuals who were working remained patient and kind. I’m sure it must have been a very frustrating position for them, there was nothing they could have done to fix it.
To the owners- your staff could use some more support- especially on a Sunday which I imagine is one of your busier days of the week.
To those inclined to badger when things aren’t going your way- it’s a bad look.

Excellent sandwich shop! The best sandwiches, I am always impressed. Perfect sourdough, quality meat and cheese. The employees are all very friendly and they follow your requests to a “T”. Prices are a little higher, but in my opinion, so completely worth it. Definitely my new favorite lunch spot during the week!
