Wanted to get a hot sandwich . Simran was clueless on how to get the POS to work . Then she took forever to get the sandwich ready, when the sandwich came it was cold .
When I asked for a refund the whole team was clueless about the refund. Atleast the man at the counter was apologetic – the girls didn’t know how to get anything to work . I’m shocked they even have a 3.7 rating! You better change your staff else you’ll lose all your clientele

Sourdough company in Pleasanton did a such wonderful job with my co workers and my sandwiches. The store was super busy but still got our food out in 10 minutes. The store was also very clean and all the workers were very friendly. Just started working across the street most definitely will be coming back

Worse customer service ever!!! Went in and the guy looked high and doing other stuff walking to the back ignoring me and another customer. I tried to order my sandwich I told him what I wanted he put the bread in and walked off to the back again. When he came back out he went to another customer. I’ve been trying to get his attention and he can barely talk. When I addressed the issue he had nothing to say. And still didn’t try to help me finish my order. He tried to be argumentative with me instead of trying to help me. I took my business to togos.

I always go to Dublin location but unfortunately today by mistake I ordered from Pleasanton location. The sandwich was basically disgusting. Too much spread, too much vinegar so overwhelming, not double wrapped and I ask for side pickle but wasn’t included. Overall very very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location ever again.

I waited 10 minutes to be continuously ignored by two young men that looked lost and confused, 1 guy started a order with a customer infront of me but then took off to the back of the store for minutes until I had to bother the other guy whom never greeted or acknowledged me at all, then another customer came in after me and they immediately greeted her and proceeded to take her order. I then shouted WHAT ABOUT US!!! they then argued and I decided to leave and I guarantee I’ll never return!! Thanks for the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SOURDOUGH CO next to Panda Express Bernal.

I have never posted a Google review but the Pleasanton location on Bernal Avenue deserves one. I had the veggie sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! I could taste the quality in the produce and fresh bread which is a plus. I couldn’t get over how clean the place was and the pleasant staff working at this location. The managing staff was attentive and helpful as it was my first time ordering. This is definitely my new sandwich spot, highly recommend this location!

The specialty sandwich seem to get a better treatment.
