I got a totally tuna and added onion, kickin ranch, oil and vinegar, oregano, jimmy peppers as freebies and got absolutely none on the sandwich. I mean on the receipt you have to be blind to miss all those toppings. Whatever they are paying the dude who made my sandwich they are paying him way to much. It’s one thing to miss a topping or two but every single one? If I could press charges I would.

I pulled off the highway to cover up some furniture that I was hauling, and realized I was extremely under-nourished and needed some food. I looked up and saw Jimmy John’s. I walked right in and had no idea what I was doing since it was my first time there. I Told them I wanted an Italian sub and they helped me through my order, and the wait was very short for a very delicious sandwich. It was so satisfying that I went back again a week later and it was just as delicious. Simple ingredients, perfect proportions and I really like the bread and the shredded lettuce. My only complaint was crumbs on the tables. Overall it is very delicious and I think this place needs more good reviews. The sandwich makers really do a great job. Excellent stop for a good bite to eat!

It’s a Jimmy John’s but unlike most there is more than one person working here which is good. The front door is broken and you will need to go through the side door.

I ordered catering for a business lunch online and put the wrong date. I called the store the day of at noon and they were able to get me my order! They saved the lunch meeting!

Freaky slow. Waited 50 mins for 3 overpriced sandwiches. Watching the guy behind the counter was painful. It’s meat and lettuce not a trigonometry problem my guy.

I highly recommend another Jimmy John’s location. On average you pay more money at this location for less food. The sandwiches are so much lighter at this location and the prices are definitely higher. Not sure if it’s attributed to higher tax rate but they’re like at least a dollar more on some things.

I’ve had no bad experiences at this location. I always order in store, that way I can see everything being made and know it’s fresh. The employees all seem to be high school kids, so be patient with them, at least they showed up to work.

2-205 Update. Real impressed with cleanliness of restaurant. Like they still have paper towels in RR, not those hand dryers that don’t really work all that well.
Good quick sandwiches, not a lot of seating.

If you order a slim and ask for mayo they will refuse to put it on. This is the most ridiculous corporate policy over a swipe of mayo. Especially when these stores put 12 one gallon tubs of mayo right there for all to see. One tablespoon of mayo costs maybe 7 cents.

I recently visited this Jimmy John’s location and had a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, the food itself was tasty as usual, maintaining the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. However, the recent price increases have made it difficult to justify frequent visits. The value for money is simply not there anymore, especially when compared to other similar options in the area.
One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the wait time. Despite there being only two other customers in the store, it took a staggering 22 minutes for my order to be prepared. For a place that prides itself on being “Freaky Fast,” this was far from acceptable. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. The last five times I’ve visited, the wait has consistently been very long, which is why I decided to time it this visit.
Overall, while the food remains enjoyable, the combination of higher prices and slow service means I’m unlikely to return as often as I’d like. Jimmy John’s needs to address these issues if it hopes to retain loyal customers.
