We stopped here and ate in. It was a weekend and not lunch time, so not many people in restaurant. I only say that because I’ve read a lot of reviews saying how slow the service was – it was not like that for us. I thought my fresh made sandwiche took about the right amount of time (under 10 minutes) and my clam chowder was hot and came at the same time. The French dip I ordered was delicious and the chowder was superb. Was it pricey – yes. But my mother-in-law was buying so I didn’t care! She ordered flat bread (she loved it) and didn’t complain about the bill so we left quite pleased. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. I don’t live in the Springs so I may not visit again soon, but only because of proximity, not because of displeasure.

This was our first time here. I need to start by saying that their bread is excellent. The sandwiches were good but pricey.

We had the garlic pesto turkey sandwich 6”, the crispy crunchy chicken 8” a bad of chips and a coke. $37.

The staff did their best.

We waited for 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Needless to say, at lunch hour this place lost so much business, because there were many upset people waiting for their lunch who started deterring new comers.

I would eat the food again but probably would not come back because of the inefficiency of what ultimately is supposed to be a quick sandwich.

I stopped by after my VA appointment as i skipped breakfast and was famished. I love good bread so I was hoping for the best. I was not disappointed. The bread was soft but crusty. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and liked that it’s warm. I have found my new favorite sandwich. I’ll be back!

I came at around 6. It’s my first time here, and the boy with a cool tattoo on his hand at the register was very friendly and explained everything about their sandwiches. The food was also very good. I ordered my salad according to my preference. I forgot to tell him not to add cheese. When I received my salad, I told him I wanted it without cheese, but it’s okay. He told me he would change the salad. I said no need to change it; I’ll take out the cheese. He said no problem, he would change it. Thanks for changing my salad.

I love the customer service and food too. I will come again, and I will try the sandwiches.

Tried this place today. The food was good, but the service could definitely be better. We timed it — it took about 20 minutes to get our food. We went around 12:20, so it was lunchtime, but they seemed to have a hard time keeping up.

They made my order incorrectly, and instead of just fixing it right away, the staff member went back to find the receipt, which took forever. So while I was waiting for just a side of avocado, my flatbread was getting cold — not cool.

It almost feels like the place needs to be bigger to handle the lunch rush, but then the kitchen wouldn’t have enough room because they already had five people working back there.

Quaint sandwich shop with very pleasant staff who are eager to please. The atmosphere and location is nice. The food selections are balanced and I really liked the bread. The sandwich was very loaded with deli meat and toppings so I really felt I got value. Very full bodied and I probably can skip dinner now . I did take out and the wait after ordering was within normal ranges. My wife had the “Crispy Chunky Chicken” and I had the “Italian” both 6 inches. We both enjoyed our sandwiches however if I order the Italian again “as is” I would only dine in as my only complaint is that with the oil and other juicy toppings, by the time I got home it was very soggy. While this did allow for the flavors to soak in, it was a fairly messy to eat sandwich but it still tastes great! I am looking forward to trying other sandwiches and my wife really loved hers as well. I also tried the clam chowder that came with a piece of sourdough bread and I thought it also tasted good. I really liked the bread. Very fresh. Overall it’s a good place. They are just in their first week so I plan to try again in a few weeks after they get settled.

I ordered the Crispy Crunchy Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The food tasted super fresh, and the bread was especially good—soft on the inside with just the right amount of crunch. Prices are fair for the quality you get, which is always a plus. It was a bit busy when we arrived, but the staff handled it well and our food was prepared and brought out surprisingly fast. Definitely recommend Sourdough & Co. if you’re looking for a satisfying, high-quality meal!

Great sandwich shop tahta has different options and does things a bit different than you typical sandwich shops. Just wish the prices were a tad lower to enjoy more often. P.S. love the Clam Chowder something that you don’t find much of these days!

Tasty sandwiches, friendly service and superior atmosphere! The sandwich choices are unique and made with quality ingredients! Bread is fresh, soft and perfect amount of crustiness! We had a pesto turkey with Swiss and the chicken Cholula which had crispy jalapenos on it and totally set this sandwich apart from others.

This was my first time trying this place. I got a Turkey and Ham sandwich with a cup of clam chowder and a drink. $21. The sandwich had one small piece of ham, a little bunch of turkey, and lots of lettuce. The bread was amazing. The soup was brought to me after my sandwich because it was forgotten. It was cold! You can tell it was heated in microwave because the dish was warm and the top of soup was warm but it was never stirred, so when I took a bite, I got cold potatoes. Sandwich had really good flavor but I was so disappointed paying that much for bread and cold soup. Not sure if I would it try again.
