Good sandwiches. Just try to stay away from the honey wheat sliced. I have had numerous issues from getting end pieces twice at two different locations to today- was not the end piece however the out crust was hard I had to remove for my daughter. Only reason I get the sliced bread because she doesn’t have strong enough teeth for the delicious sourdough rolls.

Everything was going well until I got home with my online order. My pepper turkey sandwich had no pepper turkey and only lettuce, onions, cheese and spread. After calling about the mix up the nice young man said he had no issue remaking it so I head back to pick it up. After waiting for 5 to 10 minutes a non english speaking gentleman hands me a cell phone out of nowhere and the manager was on the line. She immediately had an horrible attitude and proceeded to tell me that the mix up was not theirs and would not correct it. I said that I was told it would be fixed, drove all the way back and now just to be told they will not correct it. I would have even paid the difference if they just added turkey… but no, that wouldn’t happen either. The only reason there’s a two star rating is because the young man Liam at least tried to help and Journey was playing while I was waiting.

Everyone is super friendly, they all say hi when you walk in. The bread is so fresh and delicious, I could probably eat a loaf plain. I highly recommend the garlic pesto turkey.

1 star for the fact that after placing order (wonderful cashier who was extremely helpful)- I waited near 30 mins for my food. Why? Because not a single employee acknowledged the fact that a customer is standing next to the “pick up” area & bothering asking me what order I’m waiting for.
