The food was absolutely delicious. My wife got the beef doner and i got the chicken philly gyro. There were different tzatziki sauces, we got spicy which was not at all spicy. Meats were flavorful pita was hot and fresh. The establishment was super hot inside, person working there was sitting at a table and did not greet us upon entering. Tables were dirty, we picked the least dirtiest. Side note we did get the baklava to go and when we tried it, it just seemed old and stale wouldnt get again.

We stopped going to the O’Fallon location but decided to give this one a try, and we’re so glad we did! There’s often just one man working, and he does an amazing job every single time. The food comes out quickly and tastes way better here! Above all, he is incredibly patient and kind. Great service makes all the difference!

Flavor of food has changed, not necessarily bad but it definitely used to be way better. The chicken is more like BBQ chicken and the feta cheese is no longer crumbles it’s now shredded. Again it’s still good but used to be amazing and was our favorite place. Now we visit once every couple months instead of every other week. The food is always hot and fresh and made to order. Staff is always amazing and friendly. Love the Greek fries!

Just picked up from here maybe 30 minutes ago. I’ve eaten here several times and we’ve always enjoyed it. Today, it was astonishingly disgusting. We didn’t get the usual sliced meat it was chunky and cold. Almost like they took meat that’s been sitting in air conditioned air and just tossed in the salad. I paid for extra meat and it was not evident that they did that. I’ve had bad experiences with food in the past at other places, but this time it was way under par. Probably going to be awhile before we try this place again, if at all. I regret tipping.

Soulard Gyro is seriously impressive! The place is spotless and well-kept, which already makes a great first impression. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and quick. I ordered a gyro and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had: hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in their food. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The workers were clearly enjoying themselves, laughing and working together like a real team, which made the whole environment feel positive and inviting. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again!

Tried this location when I was out in the area. Food is basically identical to what’s served in their original (Soulard) location.
Gyros is really flavorful. I would have appreciated a little more sear on the meat but that’s about texture more than flavor.
Tzatziki sauce was on the thin side but nice and garlicky. Onions sliced to the same relative thickness and sprinkled with some seasoning.
Pita bread is as it should be. I’m not a fan of a flimsy pita and the ones they served us were proper. Forgot to photograph anything but there are plenty of good pictures posted by others.

We ordered via door dash and was impressed by the quality of the gyros. The meat was sliced thin and seasoned well. No chunky bits of meat. The only issue we had was the amount of lettuce could have been less, but still was good with the rest of the sandwich.

Got a classic gyro for the order of fries. The gyro was ice cold. This isnt an exaggeration. The lettuce tomato and onion seemed fresh and the tzatziki sauce was good. The fries were hot(good temperature) they were crispy but stuck together in clumps.

Went here one hour before they closed, brought 3kids meals and one gyro sandwich came up to nearly $40 all for them to serve me little crumbs (literally) of meat , on the kids sandwich and a three together gyro , all were made and warmed up in the microwave! Unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend

I love it that this place has multiple locations and well it’s just about the only spot to get a gyro out here in wentzville. Lucky they make a hell of a great gyro. This location is just as great as any other one they have. The meat is always tender and moist with a delicious pita. I love the spicy tzatziki sauce they have and the extra meat is definitely worth the cost. I tried the Philly gyro this time and can’t wait to try it again and again. Crisp peppers, plenty of meat and the sauce is my favorite. The restaurant itself is not the largest but they do provide some inside seating. Another thing I like is the fact that they have a happy hour here for a free drink. Monday through Wednesday from 2-4, fountain drinks only here, no booze.
