This is a small but very busy soul food establishment! Delicious whole fried fish, coleslaw, fries, and hushpuppies. The tarter sauce must be homemade because it’s so good and it went perfectly with my fish and fries I had the whole fish plate with 2 sides for 13.99. They even had a few sweets at the counter to choose from. We took ours to go, but there is the dine in option available. I will definitely be back and try other dishes this place has to offer.

I was looking for a small local restaurant that serves burgers and fried fish and I really lucked out with the Soul Palace. The fish was perfectly cooked in cornmeal and the onion rings are hand cut and battered. If the burger is as good as it he fish it will absolutely be a Trifecta!

Friendly service, great food, will definitely return next time in in the area. We ate in, but there’s plenty seating outdoors or grab a take out. The chicken spaghetti special is the day reminded me of the dish my Mom made when I was a kid. Really enjoyed the meal.

Here visiting Caddo Lake, swung into this place on our way back from the train depot. Had the special of the day: chicken spaghetti, corn, green beans, toast, and salad. I’ve never had chicken spaghetti before, but I’ve ruined myself, because I know I’ll never be able to make it like these folks made it. Sauce was creamy, perfectly seasoned, and there were large chunks of chicken. Sides were great too, especially the green beans, which were made with bacon as the Good Lord intended. The lady running the place is a sweetheart and she gave us good advice on things to see in town. Will definitely come back by when we roll through again!

The food was superb. The service was excellent and friendly. Atmosphere o.k. Oh, and did I mention how superb and delicious the food was. Child, we’ll definitely be back. Just wish they accepted credit cards, but that food was soo good that I’ll go and get cash, just to be able to purchase and enjoy it. It’s delicious . Yum.
