My family and I were on vacation and visited soulfish on 2-26-26 on our way home it was my father birthday we had pleasure of Mandi to serve us party of 9 let me say she was kind attentive her customer service was above and beyond amazing!! As soon as we ordered our food and was waiting she made it her business to come and check in on us she explained the menu perfectly our food was delicious and piping hot!! I had birthday cake for my father soon as she saw I had cake she promptly gathered up our plates provided to go boxes and brought us plates for cake of course I needed a lighter for candle I promise she was speed racer before I could get the words I need lighter she had it in my hand oh I forgot she also provided refills so we didn’t have to make anymore stops on our way home. At the end of our visit she was super kind to take our photo for keepsake memories!! Give Mandi a raise or please acknowledge her for he wonderful service in these days and times its hard to find good people who dont mind showing and providing expecional service. Thank you Mandi for everything and next time im heading to Memphis I will stop by and hope you can serve my family again God bless you thank you for making my father’s birthday special!!

Ryann was great and patient. We had a group of 7 and she managed it well. I know large groups can be challenging but she did amazing! The food was up to par. When I come back to town I will return for sure. 8/4/25 6:15 ish

I got the Blackened Salmon with Mashed Potatoes. It was great! Perfect flavor and texture! I would absolutely order this again!
My only complaint was that the corn bread was a tad too dry.

Sunday afternoon outing. The patio had lovely weather, but lacked outdoor charm, feeling more like a parking lot. Service started off average but got better later. The fish breading was too thick for my taste, though the food was served hot. One out of four entrees was delayed by about 10 minutes, but the server apologized. The menu offered a good variety of options. Nice local selection of draft beers.

Very worth it. Had a black and blue taco deal and boy was it good. Not to mention their lemon cream pie is out of this world. We came from Kansas City and will definitely come back to visit Memphis Tennessee just for this place to eat. Best service in the USA in my opinion also. Keep up the good work Ladies.

Today was my second time in 2 days coming here. It was so good the first time I had to come back again. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant has good vibes.
We started with the hush puppies. Crunchy, a little sweet, flavorful. Yum. Yesterday I had the grilled catfish tacos with broccoli. They were wellseasoned, but I was curious as to why they wrap them like a Burrito instead of like a taco. My BF had the Cuban and said it was excellent. He got that with the cucumber salad and that was my favorite thing!Today, he had the fish and shrimp and I had the the grilled shrimp tacos. Both of us agreed our meals yesterday were better, but still good. We both got the cucumber salad and I got to take mine home! I’m very glad I was introduced to this place.

We were looking for catfish to eat for lunch, and we decided soul fish to go. This is our 2nd time dine here, the place will get crowd pretty quick, so we went soon as it’s open at 11am Sunday. The food is good, I tried salad before it was good, this time I only order catfish appetizer as my lunch.

The food is good. My issue is that while dining in I noticed one of the young ladies standing between the counter and kitchen window playing in her hair. I also witnessed another young lady playing in another coworkers’ hair and that should not be acceptable at all. Serving plates of food after playing in your hair should not be tolerated!!!

The food was good. Only complaint I have are the macaroni was more cheesy than it was “flavorful” and I requested my catfish crispy but it wasn’t at all. I’m not faulting them completely because I ordered the food to-go, but the fish still didn’t have consistency of ever being crispy. Still great flavor and will most definitely check them out as a dine in patron next time I’m in town.
