Very nice place. Great food, great service and great environment. Everyone here was really nice and attentive. They paid attention to our orders and made sure that we were able to choose foods and beverages we’d enjoy. The decor was great . The restaurant was spacious. One of the nicest of restaurants that I experienced during my 1stctripbto Memphis. I will definitely be back for more. Our server wasn’t as knowledgeable about the menu but, was great enough to let us know and come back with answers to accommodate our preferences.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. Customer service was great. My mom wanted chicken . I ordered the smoked chicken meal and the catfish meal for me. Food was good and very filling. Restaurant was very clean.

Everything was delicious! EVERYTHING! The food came out hot and fresh without a long wait. The waitress was sweet, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and clean. We’ll definitely be returning. The smoked catfish dip is amazing. We had to order some to go.

Catfish was great! Everything came right out of the fryer to our table but the sides were very mediocre. Fries were not crispy and hush puppies were very dry. The atmosphere was great and the servers were awesome!

Service was excellent, hosts were hospitable and friendly and our server was so attentive, checked in on us frequently but wasn’t intrusive (refilled our drinks w/o us having to ask :). Fried catfish and shrimp were good, crispy and seasoned well, not greasy or soggy. Hush puppies were a bit oily (but still crispy), wish corn was served w/o onions and green peppers, and the fries were soggy. Fried okra and coleslaw were good. Overall, good meal especially since the stars of the show were really good. Plenty of parking available during Monday evening.

We had a party of 15 after a family memorial, and everything about our experience was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious across the board, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Jenny, was amazing she stayed on top of everything, was attentive, patient, and made sure our large group was taken care of without missing a beat. The atmosphere, the food, and the service were exactly what we needed after a long, emotional day.

I had the Smoked Chicken and it was AMAZING!!! Perfectly seasoned, juicy, so flavorful! Perfect! The sides (I had the mashed potatoes that came with it and also ordered the Mac & cheese) were just as amazing as the entree…with ice cold Sprite to wash it down! SO GOOD!!! I’ve been to this location twice before (got the fish the first time and a burger/fries the second time) and they were just as great. This time was the BEST!!!

If you enjoy not being told your total and rushed off the phone when placing your order, this is absolutely the place for you. And whatever you do, don’t make the mistake of parking in one of the curbside/takeout spots when you order takeout — unless you’re in the mood for a lecture about how you didn’t technically order “curbside.” Even pointing out the clearly labeled “takeout” parking space won’t help; apparently, “they’re all the same, they’re all curbside.” The evening phone operator’s service singlehandedly manages to overshadow what could have been a pleasant atmosphere and experience. Blackened salmon salad amazing! My wife had the fried pickled-pickles and tomatoes, and cat bites. 8 at our table, all gave two thumbs up. Our server had the entire dining room for a good while, and still took good care of us. We shall return!
