Food is usually good but they’ve messed up our mobile order twice in a row now. This time they used a regular multigrain bun instead of GF and I’ll have to throw this away. For context, GF buns don’t have oats on top and come packaged separately. (I attached photos). They’ve also forgotten items multiple times now, like last time they forgot the dessert we ordered. Line is usually a pretty long wait even when it’s short, but mobile ordering sometimes helps with that. Overall not my favorite location.

Salutations! First I want to say I have enjoyed my experience here. Secondly, I’m proud to say that Aya (Team Member) has given me the best service I have ever received at Chick Fil A. Aya embodies Chick Fil A’s Core 4 and the 2nd Mile Service. I also want to shout out Nicole (Team Member) her warm presence made me feel welcomed at this Chick Fil A. I keep forgetting to check my order before i leave the place on my to go orders.
Third time in a row that my kids chicken nuggets meal comes with only 7 pieces instead of 8.
And second time that not in a raw but get only 10 and other time 11 in a 12 pieces order of chicken nuggets.
So only this location they like to steal on orders or money, same thing.

When you spend $10.39 for a 4ct meal and only get 3. Waste of money. Waste of time. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped coming to Chick-fil-A. I got more poly than I did chicken tenders. What’s the exchange rate of Polynesian sauce for chicken tenders?

I wish I was joking right now. it’s a little bit funny but i’m UPSET. my husband is recovering from a fun night out and we decided to order in (we never do because of this reason) and someone gave us the chick fila sandwich with no bun! and no chicken! look like he’s eating a lettuce and bacon salad today! i’m very disappointed but I hope reading this gives you a laugh.

I order original 4 piece chicken strips and I got grilled,I ordered a Cobb salad and it was basically only salad, 1/2 egg, no cheese, no bacon bits, 2 small tomatos, no corn and ordered it with chicken strips but it only had a few pieces of nuggets on top. It was terrible!! Also order chick fi la sandwich and it looked like the size chicken piece you get in the mornings. I had picked this up for someone that was sick and I was so disappointed that I’m this is what I had for I’m them. I will check from now on before I leave this was a waste in of my money. Very I’m disappointed.

The food was fine, the service was as expected but what was not expected was the off the clock employees and thier friends rudely yelling for the entire 40 mins we were there. Absolutely everyone at my table was shocked at the disrespect shown to everyone. Its definitely a reason to not come again as it was employees engaging in this behavior.

BEST CHIC FIL A!!! I wanted to give a shout out to my girl LYDIA that I just met through the drive through. Right off the bat, her confidence and humor sky rocketed off my freaking charts. She made me feel extremely welcomed as a customer, and in all, probably my best experiences at a Chic-fil-a. She ate that down and now I’m about to eat this sandwich down. Thank you.

Mobile thru line needs some serious work, the long line creates a traffic nightmare trying to get in and out. Their service is not so speedy either like you typically experience at most chic-fil-A’s.

Thanks to Esther register 54 12/2/25 at 11:19 a.m. for being a master at excellent customer service. I am celiac, so gluten free, but still like fast food on occasion. Esther offered to call in my wheat/gluten allergy, checked everything for me and provided stellar service. The meal was perfect and I can have the peppermint shake with zero reaction yay. Ty.
