I wanted to share this review because sometimes I think we as customers forget that everyone is human just like us. In a challenging food service environment, Jessica and the team at this location are getting it right! I was waiting for a friend and was going to order a coffee until he arrived . Jessica was kind enough to offer the coffee on the house while I waited. She went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated! Thank you Jessica and the entire team! Side note: please don’t ask Jessica for a free coffee just because you read this.

While the food and service has always been great here I feel this location earns a 3 star review because of the nightmare that happens around the restaurant and within their parking lot during peak hours. I am no engineer but they need to figure out something to ease the congestion during peak hours. It is always difficult to navigate in or around the general area when they are busy and people will usually park at other businesses then walk to Chick-fil-A, this is almost always dangerous due to the frustrated drivers that often do not pay attention to the pedestrians as they try to exit the area. Lastly their drive though always backs up into the 4way intersection causing excessive congestion with a bus stop right in the middle of it all. Poor planning in my opinion considering every Chick-fil-A I’ve seen has a lot of customers throughout the day with most of them being during lunch hours.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast, arrived 2 mins after breakfast ended and was told the breakfast could not be sold and our order would be cancelled. We were in the mobile order line and was given the option to place a different order for something else online or get in the regular line. If anyone has been to the this location they know it’s ALWAYS really busy. We stayed in the mobile order line and ordered a child’s kids meal only. When we approached the pickup window, we were told our food was still being prepared. This is not the service I expect from Chic-Fil-A. Someone should reach out to the Chic-Fil-A on Capital Blvd in Raleigh and ask them how they always get service right.

The food is well, your classic normal Chick-fil-A but it’s always extremely crowded here thus it’s not always pleasant being here. I always have to wait in a long line full of people like me who just want food. The food will always be good because well you can’t really mess it up but the service and atmosphere is terrible especially at this location.

very disappointed in the lack of service at this location. it’s so many teenagers working here & i have not seen a single manager yet. every time i come to get my food that is previously ordered on the app, it’s never ready! i always have to wait 10-15 mins to receive my food. it’s ridiculous that i’ve never seen an actual manager at this location. the teenagers here are always walking around & never actually working. i’ve seen people eating & making drinks for themselves while they should be making orders or asking customers if they need anything. i will be going to other locations due to the lack of customer service at this location.

There was a long black hair inside my sandwich. I tried to call numerous times with no answer. I eat here often and the past 3 times I have been it’s not been great and this time with the hair…I can’t do it again. I should have taken a pic but I was so disgusted I didn’t think about it.

Been there a lot. Usually good service through drive thru, but twice it’s happened where I’ve ordered chicken nuggets and got home to find chicken tenders. Guess the food service staff do not read too good.

Foods great, the lines and logistics can sometimes can get overwhelming, but not the restaraunts fault. I blame the sometimes rude and abrasive other customers in drive-thru.
