Went there this morning, 8-8-23, for breakfast. I ordered their #1, which is an Egg, Sausage, Homefries & Toast. Waitress brought me my breakfast without Sausage. I pointed this out to her and she put in an order for Sausage. After 10 minutes without my Sausage, I gave her my whole, untouched plate and asked for another fresh breakfast to be made since everything on my plate was cold by then. 15 minutes later still no breakfast. I told them to forget about it and left. Won’t be going back either. Stay away.

An extremely cozy diner, where you can experience a level of service that you rarely get anywhere else. The food always tastes great and the portions fill you up. Whenever I come to Souderton from Germany to visit my friends, the Souderton Family restaurant is one of my first stops. I can’t wait for the next visit.

First and last time here. Not very welcoming. Waitress was rude, soda was lacking in flavor, eggs were paper thin, food was a bit pricey, potatoes not good, salt shaker rusty and it took over a half hour to get our food. Best of all, CASH ONLY which was not stated anywhere. Had to use the ATM in house and be charged an additional fee.
