I was at restaurant and I ordered a waffle with fruit. In the middle of taking my order, the waitress had a phone ringing in her pocket and made me wait while she answered it, which felt very disrespectful, she never came over to fill my coffee. I wouldn’t want to get this waitress again.

the pancakes were really good but BEWARE, they may have 61 different omelets with mix ins but they can’t seem to grasp the idea of mixing toppings in to pancakes. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and they just slapped the chocolate chips on top of the pancakes, not mixed in. so be warned, you may want to specify mixed in.

First and last time here. Not very welcoming. Waitress was rude, soda was lacking in flavor, eggs were paper thin, food was a bit pricey, potatoes not good, salt shaker rusty and it took over a half hour to get our food. Best of all, CASH ONLY which was not stated anywhere. Had to use the ATM in house and be charged an additional fee.

I recently had breakfast at The Souderton Family Restaurant, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and our server Sharon was friendly and attentive. She made sure my coffee cup was never empty. The portions were hearty and the food was served hot. This place delivers on both quality and value. I’ll definitely be back for another meal!

Dined in on Valentines day 2/14/2024 for breakfast with my fiance. She ordered an omlette which looked very basic and didn’t smell like there was much seasoning present, even a little hint of pepper would’ve been enough to bring it up a notch.
I however ordered sausage, biscuits, and gravy; my go to at small family restaurants. Upon first glance I wish I could say there was hope and that it would be better than it looked, it wasn’t. I loaded that plate with pepper just to give it some sort of flavor enhancement. The sausage was clumpy and not chopped into small pieces as it should be, the gravy was super thin and runny with little flavor, though the homefries weren’t terrible but also could’ve used something to bring up the flavor profile.
Will I be back? I’d say maybe, I’m moving to the Souderton area and I have hope that this little family restaurant who has served this community for decades has other menu items that will please my stomach. Until next time…

This is a nice old fashion restaurant in the middle of Souderton on A Street full of quaint shops.the food and the prices are very good with fast courteous Service. excellent if you choose to go there with a date, family or by yourself and if you see you young waitress named Ali feel free to request to be seated in her section and ask her about any specials. She is on the left side of the picture along with the very busy cooks.
