Our server, Alex, was awesome and super friendly, answered all my questions about the menu, as it was our first time visiting BUT it most definitely will not be our last. We ordered drinks, my margarita Italiano was delicious and my husband’s old fashion paired well with the in house made cherry juice. We ordered burschetta for our appetizer and it was fresh and delicious. For our entrées my husband ordered the stuffed shells with a meatball, which he loved. My son ordered the kids pepperoni pizza which he enjoyed! I had the three cheese tortellini, the garlic sauce was absolutely wonderful. I haven’t stopped thinking about it!! We look forward to our next visit to Sortino’s! OH, and I ordered the Italian cheesecake! it was creamy and delicious!.

Great quality food and very helpful staff. Jade, the manager, is a very kind person — she noticed my daughter was crying while waiting for her mom and brought her a doll to cheer her up. David, our waiter, was also excellent. Definitely a five star!

I need to add a review here to counter the first review as a 1 star. It seemed unfair and off the mark. We had dinner here and the food tasted good. The menu is standard pasta dishes and a few alternatives like fish and a pizza burger. The staff was good and the manager Don stopped by to check up on things. While the food is good (not amazing) the biggest draw is the location. Right inside the kalahari park, it doesn’t get more convenient than this. Overall a good meal with a bit higher price but with the location that cannot be beat.

This has got to be the best food place at Kalahari by far. Had lunch and had the meatball sub, the bread was very soft and the meatballs were the best I have tasted. The meatball was perfect consistency. The sauce was very flavorful. For dinner a different day I had the seafood fra diavolo pizza. Every bite had different levels of flavor and the side Caesar salad was the best I have had.

I loved the penne alla vodka so much that I got it two nights in a row❤️ our server Oswaldo was fantastic and had the most amazing recommendation to add shrimp to the penne alla vodka ( which was an amazing suggestion) and the monte cristo drink which is now a favorite! We are definitely coming back here the next trip we have to the dells. ❤️ we appreciate you so much Oswaldo!!

A nice restaurant, a little but pricier for what you get. But it is nice to have dinning options inside so you don’t have to leave the building especially at night or when it’s cold. Drinks were really good though.

Excellent food, healthy portions, decent prices. I was very impressed with the quality of food and flavors. Great selection of traditional Italian dishes, I especially enjoyed the chicken parmesian. The Wisconsin Dells is notorious for terrible, tourist trap, restaurants, but this is not one of them. I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I loved our dining experience at Sortinos . This place exceeded our expectations. The bar drinks were spectacular, we ordered the Pollo Bambino and Chicken Marsala highly recommended, and absolutely delicious!
For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was also incredibly tasty. Our server, Paul, was very attentive and helpful. We also appreciated the ambiance and decor, which had a lovely Italian style vibe.
Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience.

Let’s start with the good
-We were able to get immediate seating for 6&a high chair
– The location is great
-Our Waiter Mert was very nice.
Now the downfalls
-Pricing is high, we were never offered any Parmesan cheese or condiments.
-The pasta dishes don’t come with any breads or sides for that matter and at premium prices we just expected more.
-The breaded mozzarella sticks were over done, you get 5 and again at a premium price we expected more
Lastly we were there over two hours (closer to three)every interaction lead to at least a 20 minute wait (for drinks, ordering, getting our food, checks etc)
We will skip this one next time.
