Food was really good. The server was friendly. It took an extremely long time to be able to leave because every time the waitress was at the counter and not busy we tried to get her attention, but she would not look our way. We finally went up to the counter to ask to pay and another customer came up to pay as well.
Getting checks to customers, so we can leave, Especially with bored toddlers, would have gotten this 5 stars.

Not really! I gave them a 3 star because they’re no 2-1/2 option. We went for lunch, I had the Turkey club and onion rings, my wife had the Taco salad. It was just an average sandwich (it could have been a little warmer)… the onion rings were good. The Taco salad meat could have use more seasoning, but ok. Expect to wait for your food, we waited for over 30 minutes it seems this is normal for this place. They have loyal customers as you could tell by the much older folks here. Overall… there are definitely better places than this one in town, but if you don’t mind waiting and average food, good luck

I had a breakfast here with an amazing blueberry pump cake, I choose for the double size, but at the end I have to say that was too big!

Friendly wait staff but our overall experience was just average. We had really high hopes considering the reviews and the fact that this restaurant is always busy. It took us about an hour from arrival to food, but current circumstances considered, I really didn’t factor that into this review – we expected a wait.
I ordered a “Hungryman” breakfast sandwich and added an order of hash browns on the side. The sandwich was decent, but had I not ordered the additional hash browns I would have definitely walked away hungry (ironic). Average breakfast food, no complains, just no stand-outs either.
Parking was definitely an issue when we arrived but we just parked across the street when we realized there was a backup of cars waiting for open spots.

Great little place for breakfast, emphasizing little. That parking lot is small, as is the restaurant. If they get busy the kitchen gets overwhelmed. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. If you can deal with slower service you’ll find the food is good. Interesting flavors & combinations. Th Carney platter is enough for 3-4 people. The spicy sausage may be better than Graziano’s

Love love love that it’s a local place! Love the owner, love the servers, love the food… you can’t beat this place.
Best breakfast place ever. We found it on a whim and it has become our go-to. We stop in about once a week for their cinnamon rolls and Chicken fried chicken. We will continue to be regulars as long as they remain open!!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. Weekend is breakfast menu only, but our meals were excellent. Beth got a steak and egg burrito and I got the chicken fried steak. Coffee was diner style, so it could be a little more bold.
