Our meal at Sorrisi featured great food, good service, average prices, but our lungs were forced to endure all the second hand smoke we inhaled. Except for the Pavilion area, the entire casino is full of smoke filled air. Smoking is permitted on the main casino floor and this is the consequence. We knew that, but still wanted to try Sorrisi. We really underestimated just how much smoke there was in the air. Of the various restaurant options in Seminole Coconut Creek casino, this may be the most reasonable for the budget conscious diner, as the deli is overpriced for deli food, and the steak house is super expensive. Sorrisi serves Italian food at a reasonable price, in an upscale setting, so that’s why we tried it. The salmon dinner was excellent, too notch in every way. The chicken parm was also very good. Service was very good to begin with, but as the place filled up and our waitress had to attend to more tables, it got slow. Still, we appreciated the hustling she did get to us as quickly as she could. The back and forth with the credit card payment was really slow though. Personally, I don’t like when a server disappears with my card, and worse yet when the card is out of my hands for a long period of time. Management should adopt a more modern payment system where the customer pays at the table.

I can never find anything tasteful or enjoyable to eat but the spaghetti. Pizza use to be my favorite but now I’m not sure if the dough is different or what. The cheese doesn’t even stretch like when you bite into it like pizza should. I can say the service is great. We usually ask for Gabbi. The tomato and mozzarella appetizer is good. Sometimes the bread basket is good just depends on your luck. My dad says the lasagna is good just too much sauce even when you ask for light sauce. My dad likes the calzone.

Nick and I have been going here for a couple years now and it has never disappointed. (Nicola) and (Sophia) has been the key to our happiness here. They both have great personality and A1 customer service. Every time we come in to eat, we always look forward to their company.

Beautiful restaurant and very informative and helpful staff!
Everything was amazing!!! However, the fried calamari looked amazing and was what I was looking for… was unbelievably salty! There was no taste other than salt. I was very disappointed and could not eat it.
I had ordered it to go and could not return it unfortunately.
I will know better next time to try something else

I was seated immediately by a very pleasant host. Once seated, a server named Teresa came right over to my table with a big smile and a friendly greeting. Right from the start I expected I was in for a great experience, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service from Teresa was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was timed perfectly, Teresa was very attentive, and the food exceeded my expectations. Teresa is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Based on this experience alone I highly recommend Sorrisi.

We went here for Valentines dinner and got two of the items off the specialty menu. The scallops and lobster risotto were AMAZING, and so was the prime rib! Great service and drinks from our bartender Taryn as well. We will definitely be back!

I’m giving this place 3 stars because while the food satisfies certain cravings I get from time to time, the service continues to be disappointing. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged nor was I told “I’ll be right with you.” The bartender made eye contact with me and continued serving bar patrons, completely ignoring the to-go area. I get it more tips come from the eat in guest.
After waiting about 10 minutes with no attention, I went to find the hostess. She politely explained that the bartender handles the orders, but once she noticed he still wasn’t paying attention, she stepped in, took my order herself, and placed it. I truly appreciated her effort.
The restaurant wasn’t busy, there were no servers around, and the supervisor/manager was standing in a corner on her phone the entire time. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of service here.
I’ll still return occasionally because the food hits the spot on certain days, but the service really needs improvement.

Lovely sports bar/Italian restaurant. Server was very efficient and nice. Food was on point. We questioned that maybe we would have preferred sitting on the “patio” in the casino area as we are not football people.
Overall very nice experience. On draft IPAs were nice even if they were out of most of the ones listed on the menu

Do to limited places to eat, every time we come the sevice is terrible, so eat before you go. They forget half your order or who it goes too. Gave us straws and no water. Had to ask for our soup after 30mins. Dinner warm not hot
