This had been a favorite of mine for years. It is just too inconsistent. For $7 a slice, there should be more than a bunch of crust (see pics). I mentioned it seems different, but they didn’t seem to care. Too bad, it used to be great. Now it’s just flatbread with very little toppings.

I went to the Acton Sorrentos and had Great service. Two pizzas were made for dine one, ready in 15. This past weekend went to Concord to dine in and said he could only sell slices because they were two busy for take out. I felt because thery we’re an but over an hour to close wanted to pain off their slices. Mind you had taken my two grandchildren for a hot fresh pizza.
The slices were over burnt and very dried out, not to mention they charge way more for slices than a while pizza. My other daughter said that why couldn’t they make you a fresh cheese pizza? It takes 8 minutes. I’m ready disappointed with their trying to push their slices and deny making us a fresh pizza. Whoever is ownership , even the guys cooking knew he was wrong and said they were able to do it but he silencies their voices. I found that very degrading to the customer and employees who work hard there. It has put me way off.

First time visiting this place and definitely won’t be the last. Amazing pizza using high quality ingredients. The tomato sauce they use tastes delicious. Great price for the size of the pizza also. Highly recommend this place.

This is the best pizza I’ve had on Concord, MA. One time they made us an extra extra extra large double meat lovers with double everything and the pizza somehow survived being folded. Good crust engineering.

Ordered take out as we were traveling back to hotel. Pizza was done when we got there. Picnic tables outside so we sat there and ate.
Pizza were cooked well. Not too cheesy or overcooked. Nothing stood out good or bad.

Fast and prompt, they make quality pizza. I ordered a buffalo chicken style, and it was ready to go in 10 minutes. Very tasty.

When it’s good, it’s GOOD. Generally, if you buy a slice of cheese off the rack it is the best NY pizza by the slice in eastern Massachusetts. The flavor of the sauce and cheese and crust are nearly perfect, with a delicate crisp crust, and the cheese slices overall come close to some of the best places in NYC. The problem is 1) it can be a bit inconsistent, sometimes the slices are the BEST and other times they are less so; and 2) if you order a whole fresh pizza it comes out nothing like the reheated slices off the rack. You guys need to figure this out, because i have intel that Davey P has been planning a stop here in the near future for a review, and his score can make or break your business. El Prez always orders a whole pie so you better figure out how to make it come out the same as your slices because you never know when he might walk in without warning!
