Always get this pizza, the last couple of times has been soggy. So disappointed. But I always go back because I grew up with this pizza. Today is the last time. Ordered through slice. Got a extra cheese medium pizza and a pasta meal with extra meatballs. The pizza was burned on the crust and basically cheese with burnt bread. The pasta was fine but definitely didn’t get my extra meatballs, that I was charged for. I messaged Slice to at least get a refund for the pizza, they said that’s how they make pizza and that was that. Disappointed in Sorrento’s food lately and this will be the last time I order from them.

Good crisp on the crust, great prices. Really, my only complaints are that there was a ton of grease and because of that, you needed to add some parmigiana, garlic salt etc but overall delicious, crispy and a great price aka the three most important things.

Stopped by for a quick bite with my son while out shopping. Sandwich bread was fresh, as was the veggies. My son, who is very picky, loved their pizza. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

I’ve ordered from them before. Takes forever to get delivered, but always was worth the wait. Tonight I got a sausage, onion, mushroom pie that tasted like it was steamed! Nothing had any taste, and the crust was so soggy, we couldn’t eat it. Never again.

Cheese slides right off the pizza as I was trying to tear pieces even after waiting for it to cool down, lady answering the phone customer service sucks, she is very rude, she gave me the wrong salad and after telling her she tells me there’s nothing she can do about it until I drove here. Had to leave work just to come and give them a salad back. Do not eat from here.

Always a great experience. I had been getting a chicken Caesar salad for lunch 1-2 times a week and my co workers all hopped on and started ordering with me. The chicken is always seasoned beautifully and the fresh lemon wedge and garlic bread on the side compliments it very well! The pizza is also incredible! Everyone who works there is kind and caring and you can tell the owners take pride in their business and food! A beautifully run family business, love to see it here in Hamden!

As a transplanted new yorker, this place is comparable to NY brick oven pizza. I like that they also offer slices. Nice varied menu offers many Italian dishes and grinders(heros in NY).

It’s just okay. Very bland. Ordered 5 things from the menu, didn’t think any were worth the calories. Deluxe Torta Pizza is somehow extremely bland. As someone who loves Deep Dish and has been to Chicago several times this was very disappointing. Tasted like ricotta and bread and little else. Entire pizza ended up in the freezer just because I don’t have the heart to throw away so much food.

This is quickly becoming my favorite local pizza place and I am so surprised to see they only have 3.8 stars. Moved here 3 years ago and have not been wow’d by the many, many pizza options around that came highly recommended. This is my second time ordering from them in only a few weeks. Do not order delivery of any sort from this restaurant waited 45 mins for a place that’s not even 10 mins away and got a cold pizza and under cooked wings. Had to throw the pizza in the oven and the wings in our fryer. We should’ve just made it at home ourselves. When reaching out to the restaurant, customer service was disrespectful and rude. When the man stepped away from the phone to consult with another employee, we heard him cursing about our complaint. We wanted to give this place a second chance, 4 months ago we got food poisoning from a baked ziti that was undercooked and seemed like it was stored in the freezer for a while. 0/10 would not recommend!
