It is a coffee drive thru not a restaurant. It’s like a Dutch Bros but they have their own specialized menu. I like Irish cream flavored coffee and asked for suggestions and received good advice from the staff the coffee was a blended iced coffee and was very good. It is like any barista of its kind with younger staff, they were very polite and helpful. It was on par for cost with the other coffee places so all in all a good experience.

I’m visiting from Colorado and I had the best experience. I had a Lavender Mocha w/coconut milk. My Partner had a triple shot in the dark. Both drinks were very reasonably priced and well crafted. The wonderful folks who work there are helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10! Will be back again!

I LOVE the girls that work here!! They brighten my mornings every time I stopped to get something I used to get strawberry coconut redbull every morning and they knew my order after just a few days! When I switched to teas, they learned that order immediately too I HIGHLY recommend going to see these girls in the morning! They are sure to brighten your day, too!

Stopped here on our way out of town yesterday. I’m starting to think that the only good drinks here are the blended ones. Ordered an iced mocha with oatmilk, caramel and vanilla. The shots were way burned. Tasted gross. Not sweet at all. Waste of $10

I really like Sorbenots. I personally find it better than Dutch bros. It’s usually my first pick to go to if I’m looking for coffee. I really appreciate that they listen and get my order right. For instance, I ask for a “salted caramel Mocha base, blended” and I take the mocha base along with the salt. If I go to antlers they NEVER put salt in. Sorbenots also has some good daily deals during the week.

I’ve been to Sorbenots before and had ok service. I was disappointed today. I ordered an Iced mocha (light on the mocha) with oat milk. I got the drink and it had very little oat milk (which is about $1.00 upcharge) and not much ice. I mentioned this to the gal that gave me the coffee and she said she could remake it. I asked if instead of them throwing that drink out and making a new one maybe they could give me a bigger cup with some ice and a little bit of oat milk in it. They started to do this, but then told me they were going to have to charge me for it. Which didn’t make sense to me since they were going to toss my drink out to make a new one. We talked about it for quite a while and couldn’t agree on a good way to fix the cup of coffee. It wasn’t a very enjoyable coffee experience. 🙁
