Everything was amazing I got an assortment of nigiri sushi. The quail egg was surprisingly smooth and delicious. I have never tried that before. The yellow tail was the king of the show. The salmon was lower quality, but I have had some really nice king salmon before. The cocktails (Tokyo tea) were strong and pleasing. Excellent service quality environment. Notable mentions the eel was very nice not spiny. The octopus was also large and fresh.

Shout out to Trish at the Pisgah National Park Gift Shop for the recommendation. Order the bento box for dinner and it was a dream come true. The tempura was phenomenal. Chicken was perfect and truly enjoyed the dumplings. Service was fast and friendly. It’s in a strip mall and on the outskirts of Brevard but don’t let that stop you some getting some amazing Japanese cuisine.

Sora is top tier. I would even argue that its the best restaurant in brevard bar none. The quality atmosphere. Addept clientel that serve with intention, class and high regard for all guests. The food. Phenomenal and full of endless flavor. Classic Japanese dishes such as chicken hibatchi or even a simple tuna roll are knocked out of the park at this perfectly sized, decorated, and peaceful eatery. We brevardians are blessed to have such a wonderful place to savor. Thank you soooo so much sora for nourishing me mind body and soul. You guys are stellar.

For a strip mall in brevard, this place is wildly hopping. The service is superb. They brought us food within 5min of ordering even though every table was full and the takeout customers kept rolling in. It was my first time. Very impressed. I only eat veggie sushi, but my husband said the other rolls were good (imitation crab – simple menu, nothing real gourmet).
