Got take out from here. The tuna was inedible and very obviously stale. Given other positive reviews, I assumed this would be a good spot. I was terribly wrong. If you are looking for fresh and safe sushi I would look elsewhere.

We have our staple Japanese restaurants. We thought we would try Sora as it is new to the neighborhood.
We had take out and were dissapointed. Our Sushi was not finely cut, some pieces looked chopped and did not taste fresh. Our salmon/tuna avocado rolls were not consistent, some mostly avocado some mostly fish. Our teriyaki salmon was served over the rice which absorbed all the sauce and left us with very dry and not so tasty fish. The noodles with vegetables was overwhelmingly cabbage, and a small amount of other items. Maybe in store dinning might be different, but we are nit inclined to try.

I love this place! The food is great – big portions and affordable price too. They made my order early and I couldn’t pick it up then so I picked it up later and they remade one of the items for me so it would be fresh. Highly recommend!

Teriyaki chicken and beef were both great! Good portions for the price and really flavorful. I also had two of their special rolls – the Rock & Roll was particularly good. So happy to have a place like this nearby!
