We came here to celebrate my son’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Even with our large group, Ana and Kenneth welcomed us so warmly and made everyone feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The menu is a fun and creative Asian-American fusion, full of unique flavors you don’t find everywhere. Everything we tried was delicious, but the Kimchi Loaded Fries are an absolute must. Perfectly crispy fries topped with flavorful, tangy kimchi—so addictive that we ordered two plates to share, and they disappeared so quickly we had to order more!
On top of the amazing food and service, the view is beautiful. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Lakeland Airport, with free parking for up to 4 hours. Watching airplanes take off and land while enjoying your meal makes the experience even more special.
Every dish we had was wonderful, everyone at the table was happy, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a unique dining experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is really a hidden gem! Had the fondue burger, the kimchi burger and 2 pork belly tacos. Everything was perfect! The fondue cheese was bubbling off of the plate and made a perfect dip for the fries and the burger. The kimchi, while made vegan (traditional kimchi has fish sauce), was a perfect topping on the other burger and paired perfectly with the over-easy egg The tacos were truly amazing with a fried bao bun as the shell. It was a wonderful and super tasty surprise and a first for me. I am shocked more places aren’t doing this. The atmosphere was perfect and the restaurant was super clean. You could watch planes take off while enjoying a one of a kind taco! The staff was friendly and fast. We will be back!

Modern fusion restaurant located inside the Lakeland airport on the second floor. Stunning views of the airport. Food was very good. Better than your usual airport food. We had the pork bibimbop bowl and the beef Bulgogi bowl. Delicious mix of flavors, a little spicy. Egg was cooked perfectly. Good portion size. Limited menu also includes smash burgers, salads and bar snacks. If you aren’t sitting at the bar it is self serve — you have to order at a kiosk and pick up your food at the counter. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids will love watching the planes.

If I could give Sora Eatery more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This is hands down the most incredible restaurant in all of Lakeland. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by the warmest, most genuine owners, Ana and Ken who make you feel like family every single time. The food? Outstanding. Every. Single. Time. Whether it’s their perfectly seasoned dishes or their absolutely unbeatable smash burgers (the best in all of Lakeland, no question!), every bite is made with love and quality ingredients.
Their chef Alec is incredible. He’s also the most personable chef I’ve ever met. He actually was testing out a new way to present the smash burger and made it for us (see picture) — like I’ve been saying… this place is absolutely unreal. There’s nothing like it. And let’s talk about the atmosphere — located right at the Lakeland airport, Sora offers some of the most unique and beautiful views you’ll find anywhere. You can watch planes come and go while enjoying a meal that feels like something out of a high-end New York City restaurant. My son asks to go here every weekend just to watch the planes, see Ana and Ken and enjoy the amazing food — it’s become a family tradition!

Today we had the most amazing lunch experience at Sora Eatery. We had the kimchi burger and fries, Korean BBQ wings, and the BAO tacos. Everything was delicious, especially the burger. Customer service was also top tier meaning the cashier/waitress, chef, and manager all went above and beyond.

We went to the Sora Eatery today for lunch due to seeing an advertisement in “The Lakelander”. We ordered the Ribeye Bulgogi Crispy Fried Rice Bowl. The bowl was absolutely fabulous!!!! Also, the cookie is a winner. I would highly recommend this place, and we will definately be back.

Will recommend others to check it out. Food is delicious, a bit pricey but worth the ambiance and quality. Staff is courteous and apologetic if pushing through a busy hour. Been here several times and only had to wait once a lengthy time for my food, seems like everyone arrived back to back that day.

This was my first time visiting and I must say I will definitely be returning but with more friends next time! The owners came and chatted with us for a bit Ana and Kenneth. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful. The food was great and the atmosphere was calming and inviting. I ordered the smash burger and biscoff cookie batter latte – 10/10 highly recommend if you like lattes!!! The food and drinks were delicious! This is a perfect place to set up your laptop and watch the planes in the background.
