Placed an order online for lunch for some pizzas, because the website said they’re OPEN and they didn’t answer the phone and the voicemailbox is full.

I was coming from an appointment in Newtown square on a bus heading back into Philly, buses running on delays.. I got off just to be able to use the gift card I won worth $25. I went in and told the girl at counter who was very nice I might ad, that I had a gift card and wanted to order the lobster ravioli and a cappuccino gelato which came to $25.02 .. I don’t have money , waiting on disability review, she said fine .. it’s 2 cents.. but the owner comes out and tells me that the tax has to be paid in cash.. OUTRAGEOUS!! I won that gift card through Delaware county magazine and why the tax couldn’t be included in the charge is absurd especially since owner had to be the one who is providing gift cards to the paper and your trying to drive business and you pull something like that? So the tax was something like $1.25 and you couldn’t be a descent human and let me get food instead turned me away.. mind you it’s 90 degrees out and I waited 45 minutes for a bus home. Just for context I have health issues and I have no income, I reside with my 82 yr old mom and am on government aid and winning this gift card was going to be a nice treat because I can’t afford to go out to eat.. I was/ am highly disappointed that you turned me away for a dollar and some change and now I’d rather not even try your food. Bad business. I think I’ll see if I can sell the gift card for less and I’ll use elsewhere. Especially since I had to pay an Xtra fare for absolutely nothing. Thanks for nothing!

Great little mom and pop deli. Superb bread (made especially for them.) Roast pork was beautifully seasoned, and served “wet.” You’d have to go to the city to find its equal.

I have never had a margarita pizza with no tomatoes , burnt basil and with sesame seeds???? It also was burnt! The Italian calzone has 1 slice of ham, pepperoni and so sort of Spicy meat. A TON of sharp provolone cheese, which over powered everything almost, except the burnt half of the calzone. So disappointing for $34.00. When I questioned the pizza I was informed margarita pizza does not come with sliced tomatoes. What really gets me is you see my food was burnt and you still served it to me! Where is the quality control before you allow your customers to be served such disappointing food?

Cheese Steak ingredients were very good, but the seeded roll was stiff and dry. Just not acceptable to be given a stale roll for a $23.27 Cheese Steak and Fries.

Under-staffed with a little sass. Be patient and you will get excellent food and a cool location to eat with awesome shaded outdoor seating and flowers

The roast pork sandwich had no juice and no flavor also we ordered non seed roll we received a seeded roll. We ordered many times directly and through door dash. This is the first time we ever had an issue. I thought you would want to know considering the sandwich is $12.95 . t he items were very good ad like i said this was the first time this happened.

We ordered 2 salads and they were both so delicious. My antipasto salad was wonderful. My daughter got the chicken Kabob salad which she loved but was disappointed that the hummus was missing, I ordered online and everything was ready when I got there. I have also had the chicken cutlet sandwich and it is the best around. Always great food.
