The people here are not only amazingly kind and have a wonderful smile but they also let that bleed out into the people that shop here. Wonderful coffee, baked goods, food and employees(friends). Definitely recommend this place for any quick fix in the morning rush as well as a nice hang out brunch with friends.

Sandwich was dry beyond belief. Tasted like I was eating sand. Then after I a few bites I noticed mold all over the bread. I might save it and bring it back. The staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. Never going back. I suggest spending money else where. This place sucks.

I love this little cafe. They don’t stay open very late. The coffee and sandwiches are super good. The girls that work here are very sweet. It’s a little pricey, but the quality is great. I have only had their breakfast sandwiches here, but hopefully I’ll try their lunch sandwiches next time.

If you are looking for a homey and warm spot you must try Sophie’s! Jem, the worker at the front desk was such a friendly and welcoming barista! The coffees and breakfast sandwiches we ordered were delicious. Highly recommend Sophie’s if you’re looking for great food, service and atmosphere.

I loved their iced coffee! Delicious bagels with lots of add on options and tons of breakfast options! Lots of seating inside & a few seats outside too. My favorite part was they have paper straws! (Which I’ve found a lot of Rhode Island places don’t normally have.) Didn’t get to try the nitro cold brew but it’s on the list next time!

Been here a few times and haven’t had many problems but today I went in with a simple order of an egg and cheese on a bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was completely wrong. I had to throw it all out because it wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not trying to cause any problems for you guys I generally have no issues with you, however, when I confronted the employee about the problem with the order I was met with basically a bland apology and when I left nothing was said to me. I just wish I got slightly better customer service. Hopefully others are treated better than I was.

I liked it because it’s close to my house, but it’s way too expensive. I went yesterday and paid $13 for an iced coffee and a disappointingly small breakfast sandwich. The coffee is often bitter and if you ask the barista for cream in your coffee it’s almost always way too much. Staff is friendly but the quality isn’t worth it.
