Nonsense from this location. I got chicken sandwiches and there appeared to be like a vein or blood and undercooked meat I called to get the matter resolved and they did NOT take the matter seriously. All they did was replace the food and did not seem understand how serious the matter is if my family member gets sick and ends up in the hospital. I repeatedly tried to imply the seriousness of the situation and was getting nowhere I took the replaced order and am not happy at all with how the matter was undermined and they simply offered me more food avoid the seriousness of the matter.

As long as you don’t get out of your car this location is normal. Otherwise the dystopian interior can leave some people feeling unwelcome. No fountain for drinks on the customer side, locked bathroom, and barred trash cans. Try to avoid if possible

For some reason they always tell me to drive forward, FORGET about me, serve 5 cars BEHIND me, and then I have to sit there and honk to get any attention. Truly what? On average I spend 10 minutes waiting for them to serve me for a mobile order of 2 McMuffins I placed 20minutes before I even got there. The older staff is way more efficient.

If you don’t mind taking a small nap in your car to help you feel refreshed by the time you get your order, then this is the place for you! Also love the Mario Kart Circuit you have to go 2 laps through just to get to the exit!
Update: I guess I must’ve only dreamt about getting my order because I had to go inside after waiting for 25 minutes for a refund. They didn’t even try to correct anything or bribe my silence with an ice cream cone ☹️ Ronald would be so disappointed of this place.

Service is horrible at this location
I’ve been to some odd McDonald’s locations before but this is by far the worst!!
Ordered a couple of McChickens when they brought me my order my food was cold …felt like it was on ice
When I brought my food back to the register it took 15 minutes for a team member to notice me..
The food here is not tempature managed they don’t throw out old food they serve it to customers..
They did not want to remake my food the manger Jose told me since the package was open they cannot remake my food
The manager did not even want to talk to me seemed really young like 19 years old
All the workers are dressed in ski masks .. it’s insane
No good work ethic no customer service skills
I will be making a complaint with the main office

I actually love this McDonald’s. The people who work there have always been so kind. Like chic fil a quality customer service lol. I’ve only ever gone drive thru though. My favorite McDonald’s location!

Management here is not good at all they should be trained better. The app was making me wait 15 minutes to use a code even though I had not used a code for the order yet. The drive thru associate called the manager and first she acted like she wasn’t understanding and then I showed her and told me to go back and wait 15 minutes and get back in the drive thru to order. They could have just adjusted the $2 off the price instead of making the Customer wait 15 minutes when they issues was theirs not the Customer doing anything wrong. That just shows how this management doesn’t pick carefully who they pick as leaders and clearly shows the lack of education for Customer service. Please do better as the business you get is what pays for your paycheck.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in El Paso. Service is terrible, slow and the food is always worse than other locations. Reached out to management and they couldn’t care less. Would not recommend.
