This place has really good breakfast burritos. They made my burrito to order, the eggs were cooked to perfection, as was the potatoes. I don’t like it when breakfast burritos have too much potatoes, but there was a perfect amount. It’s a good pitstop if you’re going to South Platte River to fish.

Amazing food and excellent customer service! I got a breakfast burrito with chorizo sausage and it was delicious. The man and woman who run the truck are the sweetest. My only comment is the flour tortillas are a little too small to wrap the entire burrito, making it messy.

Burgers are fantastic! Breakfast burritos are awesome as well and they are super nice wish they were open more often but thankful they are there open Friday and the weekends!!! Even in a 80 mile an hour wind when everybody else is shut down they busted out the generator slinging food thank you!!

You can’t get a better bang for your buck on a thicc burrito. Super fair prices for a good serving of burrito. The breakfast burrito had super crispy seasoned potatoes and a lot of fresh egg, and crispy bacon. Sophia and Co. were super friendly, with quick service! A great quick budget friendly stop for a bite to eat.

Based on so many positive reviews I was excited to try this, but sadly we were disappointed… We ordered chicken and beef tacos. The chicken is shredded / rotisserie style and had absolutely zero flavor. Same with the ground beef – zero flavor. The salsa it came with was underwhelming and seemed like it was just tomato sauce with a little heat- though was completely necessary as the tacos were so dry and bland without it. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were really nice people, but sadly I dont think we will be stopping here again.

My wife and I stopped and got breakfast burritos at Sophia’s this morning. They were so good. They were made fresh in front of us. The tortillas were very good too. The tortillas at Sophia’s were not soggy at all and had an authentic chewiness to them. So good. Good portion sizes too. Highly recommended.

This food truck is one of the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve eaten here at least 10 times. The fact that they’re only open Fri -Sun makes me want to get a breakfast burrito at least every weekend because I crave them all week. The green chili is just spicy enough but not so bad to burn the mouth. I always devour my bacon/egg bf burrito. Try them! You’ll love it.
