Itzel provided excellent service. She was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She took the time to explain the dishes clearly, which we really appreciated. The food came out quickly, and she labeled everything so we knew exactly what was what. Afterward, she offered us a take-out menu, which was very helpful. She handled everything efficiently while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. Overall, a great experience thanks to her.

I ordered 4 carnitas quesatacos and this is what I got for $20.83. No onion, lime, cilantro, or salsa. I had my young son pick them up but if I had picked them up I would have said something. This is crazy.

I walked in. I ordered Street tacos four el Pastore and four Carne Asada both with just onions and cilantro as well as chicken enchiladas with green sauce then an extra order 8 ounce rice 8 ounce beans. They seem to be busy cleaning up, which I totally understand is about 20 minutes till closing so I got my order and I left. I live about 15 minutes away got home. They gave me enchiladas with red sauce no cilantro or onions on any of the tacos, and the El Pastore had pineapple so I called back to let them know and to see what can be done about it because I wouldn’t make it back in time for them to fix my order because they close at 8. As soon as I let them know, they told me to hold then proceeded to let me sit on the phone for five minutes while I just heard them talking in the background literally, it was five minutes, which is a very long time so I hung up and I called back A different gentleman answered when I told him my situation he told me He was very sorry about the enchiladas and as far as the tacos I left before he could tell me that I was supposed to get my own onions and cilantro. I let him know that I ordered the tacos with onions and cilantro, but all he would say was very sorry you can come back And get your onions and cilantro, which I felt was kind of rude because that’s very inconvenient on my end. I told him Never mind, I’ll just eat the food because I’m already at my place with my kids. I picked the pineapple off And I guess I’m just never gonna go back there again. Extremely disappointed because I just moved here and I’m looking for an excellent Mexican place and I understand mistakes I don’t understand not owning up to them. this place seemed great until they weren’t. And I’m only speaking as far as the service the food is excellent. So I tried this place and went in and ordered a Hamburger. Well not only was it 20 bucks but it took 2 minutes to get my order which makes me think it isn’t fresh, and then when I get it it’s SUPER soggy and need to eat it with a fork. Then, there is no hamburger. It’s just chicken and shrimp. The manager was not helpful at all and allowed me to order something different but wouldn’t give me any sort of money back for this 20 dollar non burger burger. She goes on to explain there is no refunds. Won’t be taking my friends advice anymore on places to eat. Very poor customer service

The food here is great. The burritos can be a bit expensive compared to other places but they also fill them and make them big. The raw meat you can buy is good.

I ordered the red enchiladas for delivery. I got Steak. I get everyone makes mistakes but when I called to let them know they were not helpful and told me that they dont make cheese enchiladas. They have to have meat. First mexican place in my life to tell me even though just cheese wasn’t an option. I had to pay $20 for whatever kind of meat they wanted to put in it. We have wanted to try this place for weeks. We spent $70 and was not impressed.

Just ordered some sopapillas, they are old flat & chewy & all I can taste is old oil… The best part, they are soaked in syrup!! Not honey, syrup. Service was also as bad as the sopapillas…cold, short, and unwelcoming. First time, last time.
