Love the indoor/outdoor option for seating and the overall setup of the restaurant. Our server was very patient and polite. There was a bit of a wait for the food but it was fresh. Overall the food was ok and the prices were good for the quantity of the food. They do have a happy hour at the bar so if you like a little beer or cocktail with your BBQ I’d suggest it.

I submitted a catering order and was concerned if it would be ready on time. Ms. Tootie, manager, promised that it would. Not only was it on time Aerial, one of the employees, was very helpful in getting it to my car and loading the food.They were so very professional and personable. One of the worst BBQ places I’ve ever eaten it. I got the St. Louis ribs they were nothing like St. Louis ribs. Not like places in Missouri or Monroe Louisiana. I do not recommend this place did you order something? Do you need to go eat it really good place. I’m originally from North Carolina and I went to school in Monroe Louisiana. Barbecue was good in those two places. Mississippi I don’t know. Tuscaloosa service was good but the food was nasty beans taste like they were out of the can coleslaw no flavor ribs taste like they were cooked to three days ago.

This food here is good, not great, but good. The barbecue ribs were very tender and there were several different bbq sauce options in the table. We tried a few different things. I had the grill cheese with pork and it was ok. The bbq egg rolls were really good. I had them when I ordered thru the drive thru and didn’t like them but they were really good when I dined in. The banana pudding is really good. My waiter, Corterius, was amazing. He gave great customer service.

I actually just left Sonny’s and have been a fan for 30+ years. I grew up in Florida and I would go all the time. I was standing in line for 10-15 mins while the very friendly order taker girl was taking an order on the phone. The manager I’m guessing due to a red shirt comes up when someone he knew walked in and proceeded to take her order and ignore that I was standing there. When the girl got off the phone she took my order.

After trying Sonny’s in Brandon and finding items I like I’m glad the put new in Clinton closer to my area. The Clinton Sonny’s crew is a little different but not in a bag way lol everyone was still polite. Come here often for the Smoked turkey sandwich. It’s consistently good and never an issue. I recommend adding coleslaw to it. Sonny’s coleslaw is impressively good. Will continue to visit this location.

I have been here a couple of times and the food is hit or miss. The service also was not the best on my last visit. I ended up getting something other than what I ordered. I do like the ambiance of the interior and was pleasantly surprised there.

Ordered an order to pick up. I arrived on time and parked in slot 3. Phoned and was put on hold for 3 minutes, re phoned and was told it would take 5 more minutes After an extended wait,25 minutes, I phoned to cancel my order. I was still charged over $20.00. I have phoned and sent 3 emails to Sonny’s and have had no response. I do however get useless ads on my phone. No food, just ads. Not going back.

This place was excellent! Very clean. First time here and we got greeted by a very nice employee with a ‘blessed’ necklace on. I didn’t catch her name. Our server Austin was amazing and very pleasant. He checked on us and let us know everything that was going on with our food and how long my sister’s steak burger would take. It was awesome!! Will definitely be back. Thanks for lunch!!

That isn’t Dirty Rice and I’m sorry but it was very bland. I did go through the Drive Thru so I’m not sure about the atmosphere. I didn’t think it was worth the price since it wasn’t season at all.
