My family and I have been coming in to this Sonnys for years. The food is very good and consistent. They are always adding items to the menu to keep it from being redundant. I love the grilled candied bacon chicken sandwich. If you go, ask for Melanie. She is usually working the bar area, and she is AWESOME! She is always so pleasant, even when they are slammed with customers and takeout orders. We love this place!

The little piggy that went to the market got caught my Sonny’s, in 40 years of eating at Sonny’s I have never seen smaller ribs than today. I ordered the two meat combo pork and St Loius RIBS, upon arrival I verified with my server they were not baby baby back ribs due to size, please check-out my photos for a laugh, food tasted great, rib meat was equal to one normal Sonny’s rib, should never of been served as a combo rib, ridiculously tiny. Smaller than a French fry, smaller than my car key, almost comical. That was the smallest pig ever! Laura was a great server, the kitchen staff I am unsure of.

So good. Love the coleslaw, cornbread, tots, ribs and pulled pork. All for the low Wednesday’s in May price of $10. Exceptional value. Parking was difficult and the table wait time was 30 minutes and it took 35 minutes to get my food after ordering. Worth the wait!

The last time I was here was in 2017, but it was just as great now as it was then! Our server was extremely kind, the food was great! The only thing I found myself missing was the old photos of the area that documented the county’s growth. But the more modern-rustic feel was superb!

Besides the delicious food that never disappoints, the MAIN reason I keep going back is to see Mel behind the bar! She’s fast, efficient and always makes sure everyone is taken care of and happy. I don’t know how she manages all of those phone calls and take out orders, while tending to the bar and tables, but she rocks it with a smile on her face!!! I’ll continue to go as long as she’s there!

I haven’t had Sonny’s in years, so decided to stop in. I got the Sonny’s Sampler with beans and mac and cheese. All the food was very good as was the service. Rib meat easily fell off the bone, chicken was the same way. Add a little extra spicy bbq sauce and good to go.

We came here on a Monday evening for dinner. There were 5 of us. We got 3 appetizers, a drink each a main entree each and a dessert to split. Food was fresh, fast and delicious! Our drinks came first and then our appetizers. Just the way we like it! Our waiter was so nice and we really enjoyed our visit! Thank you!
