It was the first time I had been to Sonny’s in years. It had that familiar welcome home feel. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous our server, Cece was very thorough and efficient and we thank her for that. The food was beyond fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will be back.

Driving back home from a Florida vacation and we stopped here for lunch. It was a GREAT choice. Everything we tried was awesome! The chicken could’ve been seasoned a bit more, but it was very tender! Wish they had these back home. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing and very patient! We’ll definitely be back!

Sonny’s is my favorite BBQ restaurant of all time. The building was recently remodeled and it’s looking so much better and more modern. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and quick to serve. The servers regularly check refills and love helping you pick to choose from. I drive an hour from Savannah to come here and it’s always worth it. I love the BBQ sauce so much that I found bottles of it at grocery stores and buy it regularly. The donut holes are one of my favorite things ever to exist. Love this place. Please open a Sonny’s in Savannah/pooler area!!!

Food was OK. We got a turkey sandwich with fries. The turkey was good but the fries tasted old like they had been fried much earlier in the day. Took the G-baby and her fries were old tasting as well. Everything else was average. Not just “wow” but not bad.
