When I come to Olney, Sonny’s is my go to. The brisket sandwich comes with sides and enough beef to make a sandwich and a half. Yes, there is a mound of brisket sitting under that sandwich. The brisket is juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Oh and I almost forgot, it’s only $15. No way to beat that deal. Make sure you come to Sonny’s when you pass through Olney.

You’ll come for the amazing BBQ and keep coming for the amazing couple that run this authentic BBQ joint. Their burgers are amazing as well and I usually have a hard time deciding between the ribs and a juicy, greasy double meat burger. I eat here once or twice a week and they have never disappointed me.

Plus a $2.05 processing fee. Credit card processing fees normally do not go above 4%.
My recommendation to the owners is to put some sort of notification and please do your research as far as credit card processing fees

I can’t recommend this BBQ place enough. I can EATTT and I can never finish my meals I get from Sonny’s. Always fresh, huge portions, and absolutely DELICIOUS! The owners are such great people. Nothing but ✨great vibes ✨. I recommend Sonny’s to anyone who will listen to me babble about them

Wow! This place is a gem! It’s small but don’t let that fool you! The food is incredible, I loved the self serve sides! The owner and wife were super nice and they obviously know bbq! we had turkey, brisket, and ribs and would 100% recommend them all! Very generous portions and they were cooked perfectly. Everything was fantastic. The restaurant was clean on the inside, had multiple table plus one large one in the back.

Delicious!!!!! Stopped in for a taste of Texas while driving through the state and they did not disappoint. Ribs fell off the bones and my pulled park was smoked perfectly. You gotta stop in♥️

I don’t live anywhere near Olney, but go for meetings every now and then. After a meeting today I stopped for lunch. The food here is SO GOOD!! People are nice too. Definitely eat here!

I called Sonny’s on Monday this week to inquire about their open hours during this holiday week. I was told they would be open 11 am till 8 pm on Wed., 12/31. When five of us tried to dine there on 12/31 between those hours, we found it closed.

Traveling from Lubbock to Plano and took a chance on Sonny’s BBQ. So glad we stopped. We had a chopped brisket and a turkey sandwich special and they were excellent! Highly recommend Sonny’s!
