The Lamb Chop -Fried Rice wasn’t packed in my order. This bar & grill took my $29.00 for the order without delivery it! I complained to door dash and the bar and grill. DoorDash declined my refund and bar & grill never responded to the voice message I left. I-will not be ordering from this dishonest establishment again.

The food here is good and genuine! However, I’m always disappointed with their drinks. The drinks be watered down, sodas be flat, and they be stingy with the ice and alcohol. I can go somewhere else and get better and cheaper drinks for the prices they be charging for weak drinks. Now, I see why this place be so dead smh

Food is as advertised…. Gave service a 4 because they literally was like “what’s ya name, ok it’ll be ready soon” walked away and that was it. But hey it’s a bar so that’s that. Atmosphere was 3 Stars only cause you literally have to go to the bar attempt to talk over the music and it small so I can only imagine what’s it like on a crowded night. Nevertheless the food…. baby the food is it! It’s a great late night full and fulfilling comfort food spot.

Okay so I went to this bar the other night and seen that it’s no longer pepperfish. I was so sad about that cuz the bartenders were really good btw. But I stayed to se how it is under new management. Me and my wife had strawberry lemon drops. They were cute but we didn’t catch no type of buzz from it. They weren’t made right. It tasted like strawberry syrup. No lemon at all! Maybe the bartender was new but idk, we didn’t taste liquor and we are both drinkers. But the bartender was sweet! We ordered fried shrimp and snapper and the fried rice. It was good but they need to work on plating the food better. Maybe stick to the aluminum pans the way pepperfish used to do! The music was cool. People were in there minding their business and vibing. I liked that. The only complaint I had is that when a group came in that the bartender knew, she completely forgot about us and yes we were sitting at the bar. We didn’t get to drink as much as we liked because we literally couldn’t get her attention. We left and ended up spending even more money at another bar once we left there. It wasn’t a good look tho. If you’re at work, then work! I don’t mind if bartenders socialize, but pay attention to paying customers! You can talk, laugh, and smoke hookah with your folks while you’re working, just check on other ppl at the bar. PLEASE Bring back those delicious but strong drinks and attentive bartenders, and this place will really be a vibe. I chose not to do my TikTok review this time due to the circumstances but I’m gonna go back again to try them out! Review will be up soon. I’ll update it here once I record it.

A good place to go for happy hour from 5-8pm and nightlife is chill vibey.
The food is pretty good 8/10 which is great for bar food. The inside is looking better and better everyday.
Wish they played music during happy hour makes it boring when you sitting there by yourself with no sound and no tv sound.
Overall a good place to visit if you in the southwest Philly area. Definitely worth checking it out.

Service is normally cool but there’s a different bartender than I’m used to, service is trash (today), food is good, atmosphere is ok at best, has crazy potential, good for happy hour only. $33 for a watered down drink and a shot none being top shelf is a lil wild, especially for the area and service. Drink was ehh today but normal bartender is great. No shade. Also it’s a Wednesday.
