Always enjoy this pappa johns. Not really fond of eating chain restaruant food but this one is clean and staff is friendly. Had a bit of an issue tonight with a girl that I’ve never seen working here. Ordered online and went to pick it up I live a good distance from town it’s always ready way before I can get there. The girl tonight was at the counter when I walked in. I could see my order sitting on the rack ready to go alreafy paid for. The girl says I’ll be with you shortly…ok no big deal…I didn’t know she meant “I’m gonna make a pizza and some deserts while you wait for the food that I can hand you in 2 seconds ” what happened to customer service. Or atleast customer respect…..and please someone tell her not to text while preparing food….cell phones are gross…. and shouldn’t be in a food prep area….other than that great place and the normal girl working is always pleasant even when she works by herself and is busy……for this you lose a star….I will from now on order in person when that girl is not present….

Young lady that took order was very polite and helpful over the phone.. when getting there, order was already prepared and waiting, and she was very nice to deal with. She rang up and handled transaction quickly ( even though I added drinks after getting there); thank you, will definitely enjoy coming in again for food.. people were very pleasant.
08.04.23 – must be short staffed.. pre ordered online 35-40 drive time, and still had a thirty minute wait for pick up.. even ended up getting partial wrong order; so if the door dash deliverer got past of my order after me, their customer is really ticked; as they had to wait over an hour to get the wrong food.. I might still order from these guys, just not on Fridays..

Ordered 2 pizzas for $52 that weren’t even cooked. They didn’t tell me they had specials going on. Not helpful. I live 35 miles from the store before I knew they weren’t cooked. Called for over 20 minutes before the phone was answered & they wanted me to bring them back. 70 miles round trip don’t think so. Did the next day to get a refund. Never go back!!

Decided to have papadias instead of pizza, it was delicious. The website or app wasn’t working, but as we had to pick them up, it was just as easy to drive there and place our order. There was a good selection, I went for steak and cheese with mushrooms, very yummy. I would definitely recommend.

The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Tried to call to complain & it just rang for 20 minutes. I live 35 miles from there & wasn’t about to turn around to return the 2 pizzas. $52 for 2. Never again! I dod return them the next day & got a prompt refund.

I called to place an order and was asked to hold.. At first I didn’t mind, until I was on hold for 30+ minutes! I hung up and called back only to be asked to hold again. I’m still on hold and its been atleast 15 minutes! My husband decided to drive past the store on his way home and said they weren’t even busy two girls were on their personal phones laughing and cutting up! Probably won’t be shopping here in the future
