Went for late night milkshakes. I checked to make sure that they served REAL FRUIT milkshakes before going because thats what we wanted… Sonic at this location DOES NOT serve real fruit in their milkshakes. Its just syrup that they are calling real fruit. When I see somebody claiming they serve real fruit milkshakes, I do not expect BANANA syrup or STRAWBERRY syrup or any pre-mixed syrup flavors. I expect it to be fresh or frozen fruit thats mixed into a milkshake. Ill probably never be back.

Unfortunately, I’m at my wits’ end with this location. These two drinks are supposed to be the same, but the inconsistency is unbelievable. I’ve ordered the same drink multiple times.. sometimes it’s correct, other times it’s clear (completely different). It just doesn’t make sense.
There have also been times where we’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for two drinks, only to pull up to the window to loud music and staff who don’t seem suited for customer service.
I do want to acknowledge that there is a very sweet young lady who works here and is always pleasant, but one great employee can’t make up for the ongoing issues at this location.

This is absolutely infuriating!
Spent $37 on two meals, everything was disgusting, not a single thing we ordered was remotely acceptable. It was old fried food that you could tell had been sitting under a heat lamp, hardly any quantity, absolutely No quality, and they didn’t give us everything we ordered. Not only did we have to go back inside to get the rest of our order, to an absolute abomination of a restaurant…. EVERYTHING was dirty, nasty, and covered in grease and grime. But the food was thrown together with no care or attention to quality at all. Got all the way home to find all the rest of the food to be the same.
We were too far away to return our food and ask for a refund. Bot to mention after going back inside the first time they never gave our receipt back to is for me to call for a refund.
We will NEVER be back to this place again. We have a family of five and they just lost a lot of potential business from us.
DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. I am not exaggerating one bit about the cleanliness and carelessness or this establishment. I wish I was being hyperbolic but words cannot describe how furious I am about spending money here.

First time there. All I need to say is they are the best fast food burger joint on the north side. I will be going out of my way to come here. Great staff. Great burger. No complaints. Bonus points to the staff.

We had good experiences before at this location, but not this time. We ordered two Cheeseburger combos with tots. The burgers were good, but they forgot the tots. Then they brought fries instead of tots. We ate the fries instead of having them come out a third time. The fires they were hot but greasy. Plus no napkins and the drinks were more than half ice. We may try a different location next time.

This places is absolutely awful. Just moved over to this side of town. Ive been twice & both times they took about 20 minutes just to come to the window. Breakfast time i went around 8am. Either they waited for a chicken to hatch & egg & dispatched a fresh pig for bacon or they have no clue how to make a bacon & egg sandwich. It was basically brunch by the time i got my order. 2nd time i just went for some family treats. 4 normal blizzard type ice creams. I might as well traveled to Tillamook Oregon to get the real deal ice cream as i would have gotten it and returned to North spokane before they could even get me and another car through the drive through. This location and workers are going nowhere fast.

Popped by for dinner with the family, and took the opportunity to run inside to use the bathroom. With over 10+ years of restaurant experience, cleanliness of the bathroom is a good judge of how clean the kitchen is….
The tap in the ladies bathroom needs to he tightened, the floor was sticky, there was also ice beside the toilet. On my way by I peered into the kitchen…not impressed one bit. Not sure if they were short staffed??

Decided to order some food while waiting for a door dash order.
Brought the order out, no drinks. Asked for the drinks with the order and waited for our items.
Completed the first order finally and then brought out our order.
It was also wrong. Not enough straws either.
Ended up leaving the fries and walked out on the Mozzarella stick order so I could deliver the DD.
Sucks to suck.
