Great location! If you’ve had Five Guys before, you know what you’re getting and this location does not disappoint.
It wasn’t very busy when we stopped in. The food was perfect, the bathrooms and dining area were clean. The employees were friendly.
The double cheeseburger is a classic. Perfectly seasoned patties with melty cheese. With everything on it, it’s perfect.
The fries have a delightful saltiness and are a little fluffier than other fast food fries.
Always the perfect place to grab a burger with a friend and just enjoy a quick meal together.

My fiance and I have always loved this place! We enjoy the diner style and big windows. The staff were especially accommodating today with our GF needs and the fries were perfect well-done. Always a great burger!

Came here for the first time to try some place new. I tried the Bacon Hamburger with a regular order of fries and a salted caramel milkshake. The service was good and wasn’t a long wait at all. I loved how for the fries they put them in a cup and in the bag but also added fries to the bag and made the bag a little greasy which is cool actually. I think this place is a 10/10. I recommend it if you like burgers. They also have hotdogs and cheese dogs also.

Third time this location has taken TRIPLE the estimated time for a pick up order. Today estimate was 9 min and it took 28. Might not be a big deal to some but after my third 14 hour shift, I really just wanted to get home and feed my kid. No apology of course.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I’m not posting a long review. The pictures will show everything. Pop machine was broken, so instead of putting a sign at the register or telling people the machines were down, they were continuing to charge people. Then we all had to get back in line for refunds. That place was in chao last night. This was between 7:30-7:45 on 6/29.

We Love 5 Guys, not only do they have the best cheeseburgers in Rochester they pack the bag full of fries and my kids love the Oreo Milkshakes.
Went in a hour before close after the kids football game and the customer service was amazing.

First time ever at Five Guys and wow, let me tell you….it was amazing. Quite possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had. And the fries, both regular and cajun, were fresh cut and fresh fried. I loaded them with the available malt vinegar….oh what a treat that was. Staff was excellent and happy. The atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be back!
