Super frustrating experience here today. We placed a mobile order at 2:45, it popped up on the screen and after a couple minutes it said our carhop was on their way. A little while goes by and we press the button at 2:53 just to check on the order, the girl who answered the speaker was super short and dismissive. Said they JUST got our order and it takes 5 minutes to cook our corn dog we ordered and it’ll be out when it’s ready. We didn’t get our order until 3:02. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I understand people can have off days, but once we got our food you could tell most of it was old. The patties in our junior doubles were hard and dry, it was a workout to chew. The chicken in our chicken wrap was somehow hard and chewy at the same time. We also ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito which was mostly good but the bacon was hard and looked like it had been cooked first thing this morning. And then the corn dog they had to cook fresh was lukewarm by the time it got to us. Pictures of the wrap, old patty, and bacon that doesn’t even look like bacon :/

One star is far too generous for the two-hour ordeal I just experienced. What started as a simple delivery order with a 29-minute estimate turned into a complete disaster when, after an hour of watching the driver wait, my order was abruptly canceled. I drove to the location myself only to be told the stalls were “closed”—forcing me into the drive-thru—even though other customers were clearly being served at the stalls and it wasn’t even 7:00 PM. To make matters worse, the drive-thru successfully completed the exact same “impossible” order that was canceled online, yet they still managed to forget the dipping sauces I specifically requested. From blatant misinformation about their facilities to a total failure in delivery and basic order accuracy, this was an incredibly frustrating waste of time. I won’t be returning.

I want to be fair this was my third time at this location. I’ve always given evert other establishment 5 stars and was a fan this one has been one star my last two visits. This time its 3 which I did see improvement. The staff was very nice. Which is a plus this time. The bays were open with needed repairs but open another plus. Food was decent not great but decent so I think improvement is being made. Will try again and see. Thanks for opening bays and hiring kinder people.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE….. I waited for 30 mins!!! Just for smashed cold food and liquid shakes WITH NO CHERRIES…. the only good thing about it is was able to see Ariana Grande she gave me my food.. smh the once famous stars need to work in fast food chains just to survive in this economy… they suck!! At it. 000000 stars if I could!
UPDATE!: I am now in the HOSPITAL with food poisoning!!! I feel so sick and nauseous.
I also contracted SYPHILIS AND HERPES.. not related to sonic.. but still a disgrace to this once amazing fast food chain.

This Sonic location is in pretty rough shape, with the menu boards being in bad repair, speakers not functioning properly or just being broken. Overall the property was fairly dirty. We tried their new smash burger and it was excessively salty, actually everything was overly salted. The only good part of the experience was the staff, they were friendly and corrected mistakes on our order with a smile. The mistakes not being their fault but the fault of the broken down menu board speakers.

The order from your car was not working and zero signage to say such a thing over went through the drive through and that is were it started…
The girl (Charlee) that took our order was very rude when asked to read back our order just to make sure we got what we wanted, she replied with our order and when we said thank you her response was YEP. When we got our order at the window we said she should work on her customer service, her reply was yeah, sure thing like she was annoyed she had to be there.
After realizing Charlee had not given us any straw I had to walk up to the employee door and knocked on it, said we needed straws and when she walked to the door with them I told her she really needed to check her attitude and work or her customer service at which point she said we had to leave the property.
Just not what I was expecting but maybe she is having a bad day??!

So as a mom with adopted kids it always suprises me if they have not been somewhere my bios have been. This was one of those places. Everyone got what they wanted and then some. Delicious food, hot fresh and tasty. Chicken strips were amazing. Fries were crispy. Perfect salt. Shakes were thick and cold. I got the flamingo drink.. it was great. Now that my gifts know it. We will be back

Me and my girlfriend stopped by, haven’t been in years but decided to stop. Got the “super sonic breakfast burrito” and it wasn’t very super. I have never seen a burrito so small in my life, as well as the pickle fries. Got a medium fry and there was like 10 fries in the bag. The fry bag looked used as well..Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

Refuse to do business with a food service restaurant or fast food that does not provide a restroom for your customers.
