I waited 40 minutes in drive thru and they forgot items. He was so rude about it and told me I had to wait in the line AGAIN for something they messed up on. When all had to do was bring it to the door. He was 10 feet from. But to wait another 40 minutes for a few things that they misplaced is not how you run a business! Always something when I come here and getting worse every visit!

Horrible drive through experience. So sad my granddaughter had to deal with this person. He was very rude. Her first time going through a drive through as she just got her license. She came home crying and said she will never go to burger King again. When I called the store the person wouldn’t even listen to me. Then hung up on me. You can guarantee that I will be contactimg corporate. Unacceptable ! Rude! ill-mannered, discourteous, impolite, needs to be fired

Only go here if you’re homeless and all you have left in your pocket is a BK gift card. Even then, it’s a risk: half-cooked bacon and unmelted cheese with finger prints on it. If you’re lucky, the only thing you’ll get from your meal is the squirts.

Totally Awesome Experience today at the Covert Burger King! Jennifer took our order, was super nice and friendly, and had an Awesome Personality which is needed when you deal with the public. I asked for Fresh Dropped Onion Rings, and she made Double Sure that we got them! The Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were hot and fresh as well. Both burgers were just as ordered, so Jennifer should get a raise!!! Thanks Jennifer, you and the crew made today’s meal Totally Awesome!

I am in tears right now for going to the Burger King on Coverd Avenue. It was the worst experience in my life. It ruined my whole day. I never got my food. I waited in line for 15 minutes and then argued and then got jumped on by three girls in the drive-through that worked there unprofessional wow worst experience in my life.

Ordered on doordash, just to end up missing my straw, my barbecue, and no napkins… this isn’t the first time, I keep giving them chances over and over again with disappointment. I got tired going through the drive thru because they’ll always send the cars to park in the front after you paid.
