I almost kept driving because it was so quiet at noon on a Tuesday I thought they were closed! Turns out I just had the whole place to myself. I grabbed my birthday shake via the drive-thru (the only way to go if you don’t want a long wait). No complaints—everything was fresh and the service was efficient.

I normally wouldn’t write a review like this, but this was an awful experience. I was delivering through Uber, and the customer informed me that their order had already been reassigned twice. I was the third driver assigned to pick it up and he had placed it an hour ago. The notes stated to use the call system, which was completely fine, so I drove to the stalls.

I waited over 20 minutes after pressing the button multiple times before someone finally shouted something incoherent at me. When I asked for clarification, I was ignored again.

At that point, I disregarded the notes and went to the drive thru window, where I waited an additional 15 minutes. There was no one in front of me at the ordering speaker. When someone finally responded, they rudely asked, “What do you want?” I politely began explaining that I was there to pick up an order I had been waiting for, but before I could finish my sentence, I was told there were no orders and that it had already been picked up.

I understand that mix ups can happen, but the customer had clearly not received their order. This entire situation resulted in me wasting 45 minutes to an hour with no assistance or resolution. This means that the person trying to get food. Waited for almost 2 hours on a very simple order of a burger, drink, and sides.

Personally, I have no intention of stepping foot in this place until some substantial changes are made.

Horrible experience especially with David
I just had one of the worst drive-thru experiences ever at this Sonic. The employee named David was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He didn’t speak at all just opened the microphone and let me talk like I was barking into a void. The drive-thru was completely empty, yet he couldn’t even answer a simple question or confirm my order.
When he did make sounds, they were nothing but random, short grunts that didn’t even sound human. You can’t make an order properly because he doesn’t listen or care he just gives you whatever he feels like.
Honestly, if Sonic wants customers to come back, they should seriously retrain or replace this guy. Worst service I’ve had in years.

This sonic is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. This location hasn’t had the drive-in option in at least a year it feels like. So be warned it’s drive-thru only .
Every time I do go through the drive thru, the wait is long, and they are out of almost everything. Today was NO CRUSHED ICE AND ICE CREAM!!
Not to mention I counted multiple homeless people parked in the drive-in stalls, digging through their cars with their stuff everywhere. The drive thru speaker and menu board are falling apart.

Ive wanted to make this post for a long time now. It’s honestly really unfortunate, when I first started coming to the sonic they had the drive-in stalls and car hops, and very rarely were they out of stuff.
I don’t know what happened with this location, and I hope something changes because I really enjoy sonic. And I keep coming back periodically hoping something has changed.

Awful. Inedible. took about 30 minutes to get my order.

The only positive part of the experience was the employee who skated out to the car – she was very nice and apologetic about missing my order.

The bad – everything else.

It took about ten minutes from the time I pressed the order button until someone greeted me to take my order. After that, I waited about 25 minutes, watching others who arrived after me order, get their food, eat and leave.

When I pressed the button again, they asked if they could take my order – when I asked where my order was, they were confused.

The employee on skates came out and double-checked what my order was. She explained that their printer had burned out and the order was redirected to the drive-through printer – a fact that seemed not to hamper any other deliveries to cars next to me.

She said they’d make it again as quickly as possible – and she did come back out after about 5 minutes or so.

One bite told me the burger had been sitting a LONG time – it was barely room temp. I opened the wrapper fully and one side was smashed in and the bun was soggy, as though it was hot when wrapped, but that was quite some time ago.

The fries were barely warm, but could be eaten. I tossed the burger and ate the fries – until I got to the bottom snd found that they apparently don’t clean their fry baskets as there were numerous small ‘charcoal briquettes’ that once were potatoes.

Seeing how little care they took with their food or food safety, I did not go ask for a replacement burger. I wrote off my $8.81 as a lesson learned – don’t ever go to this Sonic again.

They would have received one star, but the employee on skates was being honest about the printer (the redirect is on the receipt) and it’s not her fault the people working the drive through set my order aside for 25 minutes then gave it to her to deliver.

just came to get a drink and decided to order onion rings. they are so disgusting you can’t even bite them! so burnt. the window staff was yelling and cussing. horrible service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve always loved coming to sonic for the drive in stalls, gives such nostalgia and is the highlight of the franchise, yet every time I come to this location, the stalls are coned off and/or staff have parked their vehicles in them, leaving them inaccessible. There was a sleeping bag on the ground right outside the side of their building. The food quality has also drastically dropped the past few times I’ve been here.

Stopped in at this location on my way home from work because the location near my home hasn’t carried the pickle promotion items in the past.
I’ve had off and on experiences here in the past. Last year I got an order home, and found that my burger had a bite taken out of it. That order was kindly replaced, due to a mix up with an employees meal, and the employee who helped me, Austin, was very apologetic about the situation .
This visit today though is mostly a review of the pickle promotion, but also a review on quality of food I received. I placed my order on the app- pickle fries (only avail in a sm- $3.49), dill burger ($4.49), and a pickle slush and cherry slush- $16 and change. My order arrived in an acceptable amount of time, but when I got my food, I was surprised to see that the sm pickle fries were barely filled (see attached pics), not to mention, contained regular fries as well. Upon eating them, most of them were soggy and barely cooked, and were bland flavored. The pickle slush, while green, didnt taste like pickles at all. The burger itself wasnt horrendous, but wasn’t anything worth praising, nor worth almost $5.
In the end, definitely not a meal worth $16.
I’m finding the only thing worth paying for at sonic anymore are the drinks and shakes. Food always seems to be waaaaay under the bar on quality and taste.
Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because my previous review from a year ago involving the burger that had a bite taken out of it, was 5 stars, so I’m giving them credit from past experience.

We ordered and it took them 25 minutes to deliver our cold food. Seems like they forgot to bring it out and let it go cold. The burgers my husband and I had weren’t even that great. The buns on my burger were soggy and so much of my burger fell out and got on my hands. Hopefully they get better in the future.
