Every time we come here it just gets worse. Come this time and find that there’s no branding on any thing and just feels sad. The food is ok when it come to a burger… if you eat it right away. The mozzarella sticks look and taste like great value back of the freezer special. Had to ask for sauce and they come in a solo container and you only get 1. The corn dog literally looks like a gas station corn dog. Simply terrible bet the owner is just pocketing everything and skimping on buying actual sonic food and merc. Sad this the only one this side of the Tacoma bridge.

I have visited this particular sonic several times. For the last few months, I have not been served any sonic-brand food/supplies. The corn dogs, French fries, cups, bags, ketchup, mustard, sauces, burgers, etc., are not sonic brand. Even the paper the burgers are wrapped in, and the little bags the french fries are served in are plain-white with no branding. Upon searching through google reviews, several people have this same complaint. There are rumors the owner of this location is purchasing cheaper food, and pocketing the rest of the money. Aside from the food issue, the service at this location has always been extremely slow. I think I’ve only met one or two employees who are actually nice. Everyone else seems impatient, annoyed, and treats you like you’re an inconvenience.

It has been a little while since my husband and I went to the Sonics in Poulsbo. I did not do a review on them during that time because I was hoping my experience with them would have improved with the next visit, which was today for lunch; I won’t say the experience was awful, but it took us twice to order our meals, and they still managed to get some of it wrong.

Got there and started ordering, person taking our order was short with us the entire time. They were out of just about everything. They didn’t even have drinks for kids meals, and we don’t a 2 year old soda. Also our slushes tasted like they added coloring and sugar to it. Very disappointed. Every time we go here it seems to get worse and worse.

Not sure who actually ends up seeing this but a few things. Our new hours are 7am-midnight 7 days a week, one review said that if we’re having troubles getting products then we should get a new distributor, that is false and misleading, we do not have a distributor and everything we have is from the US Foods store in Brem or other stores, all with our own transportation via U Haul paid for with company money or personal vehicles. Nonetheless, it’s not as simple as just “getting a new distributor” but rather figuring out logistics like cost, if they carry what we need, can they distribute our sonic branded items, days of the week that they can deliver, etc. Another, a review also said that if we don’t have enough employees to run stalls then we should just “hire more employees”, also false and misleading. We have a lot of employees. It’s a matter of availability from the employees, everyone has days they can’t work, specific hours they can work, time off, and whatnot. A lot of people aren’t really looking for work anymore, they are but they aren’t, people want a job but don’t actually want to work so the number of people we get applying on indeed or calling the store isn’t how many actually come in for an interview, the number who come in for the interview and fill out paperwork isn’t the same number as how many show up for their first day, and the amount who stay and don’t ghost us on the first day is even smaller. Could get 25 people showing interest, 10 come interview, 5 show up for a day, and 1 or 2 who actually stay. Hope that clears stuff up. For anyone wondering why I took the time to do this, I’m bored, work there, and have nothing else to do on a Monday afternoon.

They never get my order right, they’re always rude, never smile, only one girl that works there is a great employee. Food was nowhere greasy, never is. Just terrible.

Not sure if the food is good or not but I have waited over 30 minutes for my food. I should’ve went to a restaurant instead. The person who took my order also wasn’t plesent to speak with. As it turns out apparently she didn’t want to take our order and no one informed us of this. Be sure to make it know that you are ordering I guess.
